I've now spent a full day texting and calling (including leaving a voicemail), but still no reply. I cancelled an appointment with someone else later this week because he accepted the job and was seemingly so eager to take it. Yet, when it came to actually putting me on the schedule or providing even a basic estimate, he was nowhere to be found. Avoid this guy. He can't even be bothered to get back to you after eagerly accepting your job, so I can't imagine what it would be like trying to get him back to finish something.

Please do yourself a favor and find another company to work with. It has been a complete nightmare…read morewith David and a "worker" of his from over a year ago. I don't even know where to begin other than the other 2 reviews must be friends because David is unprofessional and has the least interest in serving customers after HE GETS PAID and his service goes to shit. Long story short... unfortunately, my boyfriend hired this company. Unbeknownst to us, the guy who came was an employee of his (Joey) but wasn't doing the job under his company but wore the shirt (so this was what was told to us when things started going wrong but how were we to know this????) Was sold cheap cameras and a terrible dvr camera system that is not user friendly what so ever... The camera system never worked outside the house. Example: if I was out to dinner and wanted to check the cameras, they wouldn't work. Only if we were in the house from the app. Then the cameras stopped working all together after a few months. David came out after Joey (the no longer employee who originally did the work) which I had to call and reconfirm of his showing up because he is careless and uninterested in keeping appointments for past customers. Cameras worked for about another 2-3 months, then once again, guess what ?! The cameras stopped working ! Oh, the best part is that that "new" dvr we had installed lasted about 7-8 months total. It somehow fried.. hm probably not even a new dvr to start with ... my boyfriend had tried reaching out to him a few times and gets nowhere. I call David and text him and he says oh my boyfriend and him could never get a time together. Oh really ?! Because I WORK FROM HOME and have told him this so his sorry excuses are BS. To this day he never responded as he said he needed the money upfront to go buy a new dvr to replace our fried one. I sent him texts as to where I needed to send money to him for a new dvr - meet him or even Venmo. He doesn't want to work after 5-6p and definitely not on the weekends. Thank g-d I never sent him money for the new dvr bc he probably would've just kept it as he's unreliable and shouldn't own a business if you ask me. And why would I need front the money for a company to come replace a damage product you sold and installed ?!?!?! If I could rate negative stars I would. Seriously terrible business owner and doesn't back their own service/products/employees. Not our fault that his employee was sketch and decided to do what he did but as an owner of a company he should've made it right. And he didn't. And still without a camera system since this tool has been giving us the run around for the past year. Please people - do yourself a favor and look ELSEWHERE

I've been purchasing from Alarm Grid for years, and recently decided to replace my Honeywell L5200…read moreLYNX Touch panel that was no longer functioning properly. I put it off for months, but when I finally started researching replacement options, Alarm Grid's videos and information were everywhere--YouTube, forums, and Google searches. After learning that my old panel was discontinued, Alarm Grid's resources clearly explained how to upgrade to the Honeywell/Resideo PROA7PLUS ProSeries 7-inch touchscreen panel, along with adding the PROTAKEOVER module to maintain compatibility with my existing Honeywell 5800 Series wireless sensors. I ordered both the panel and module and received them in just five days with free shipping. Installation was straightforward thanks to Alarm Grid's step-by-step YouTube videos. I did initially have trouble configuring my window and door sensors, but after realizing they needed to be set to "Service 2" in the programming, all my 5816 sensors worked perfectly. I also decided to add monitoring with app-based arm/disarm for just $10 per month. Nicholas Fuller activated my system remotely and made the entire process seamless. Huge thanks to Alarm Grid and the entire team for their expertise, professionalism, and top-notch customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!

My initial contact with a vendor was disappointing--they lacked flexibility, presented an exorbitant quote, and failed to communicate effectively regarding the job requirements. Fortunately, my brother, a software engineer, introduced me to SR Network Solutions, led by Sadiel. Sadiel proved to be a consummate professional, providing a comprehensive overview of the job, specifying the requirements, estimating the necessary timeframe, and offering a fair and reasonable price.
