My ex regularly refused to return the children, whether it was midweek or weekend. She moved several times and wouldn't reveal where. She was in a violent relationships, but I couldn't violate the parenting plan. I procrastinated a year, but in 2020 we finally hired Kallen. I was very impressed with each member of the firm. They all did their parts very well. And when we went to trial - Mr Kallen was awesome. It was like the movies. He fought for the best interests of the children and I appreciated it. I'm hoping there are no more future need for Motions but, if there is I will 100% use these guys. They had reasonable affordable prices. And I just really can't say enough good things about them.

Absolutely amazing company!!! I have been with Butler…read moreDurrell since 2012 when I contacted them to install their securtity system in my office and home. I have been so pleased by the quality of their products and service. They are so prompt in responding to my requests as well as servicing the security system. What is most valued is their kind and proactive customer service. While I am SOOO grateful to have paid monthy maintaince fees because it has covered installation of a new system recently at no cost to me -the technicians are so kind and polite explaining technical information in my language. Most recently, I have been so grateful to Matt, Cathy and Terri as the new app has been a technical challenge for me which required their time and continued support until it made sense to me. In other words, "they have made it user friendly." It was quite impressive this past week, when Matt had to be in contact with me until the app and I were connected. I am grateful that Butler considers their clients needs by having outstanding employees and quality products. So grateful, Betty Bates

We have been with Butler Durrell for many years. If you are looking for some to install, monitor…read moreand maintain a state of the art security system then I can strongly recommend Butler Durrell. Their service has been fantastic. A recent incident to illustrate this. While we were vacationing in England, a smoke detector developed a fault and created a false alarm. Durrell's monitoring system had the fire brigade there in minutes, a neighbor was able to let them in and they established that there was no fire. We talked from the UK to Durrell's engineers and one of them was able to divert to the house and replace the faulty detector with a new one. Less than two hours after the original false alarm, our house was secure again with a fully functioning system and we were able to get back to enjoying our vacation. Butler Durrell offers personal service and real concern for their client's peace of mind. They never penny pinch. If something needs replacing they just go ahead and do it. Highly recommended.
