It is seldom that I have a good experience in a retail store. I just did. For the second time. The…read morepeople that run this store must be geniuses at hiring, because both times that I have been in (once to buy a phone, once to make the insurance claim and get a loaner phone when I broke a phone) the service has been personal, rapid and over-the-top convenient. The two clerks that served me were both dressed impressively (TIES!) and knew their products-- asked good questions and made good recommendations. When I broke my phone and needed a loaner, they immediately logged me in to one of their workstation to help me report the insurance claim, and then, no questions asked, no jumping through hoops, no game-playing, gave me a decent loaner phone (a Smartphone comparable to my own) to get me through until my new phone arrived. I couldn't believe it. The service was so earnest and prompt and intuitive. I would HIGHLY recommend this store if you have found wireless stores/clerks to be a pain. This store is a breath of fresh air. I hope the management/ownership of this store sees this!
