I returned the call but no one answered so I left a message. I still haven't received a call back to find out what the issue was and that was a few weeks ago. I guess everything is okay? Or it's not. Who know Update: the manager at this location has definitely made up for not calling me back. She has bent over backwards to help me relocate to a cheaper unit while helping me navigate all of the incentives to get the best price. They also now have an app that makes entering the building super duper easy instead of having to contort out the window of my car to hit buttons on the keypad.

I have always paid my rent on-time (via autopay) and never had any complaint made against me. Despite the rent being increased every year, I stayed because I never had a problem, until now. In June the credit card I had on file expired, so my June rent ended up late & I with a late fee. Thankfully, the owner agreed to waive the fee & I re-enrolled my new credit card in the auto pay. July's payment went through autopay fine, but they didn't take Aug's rent, resulting in a 2nd late fee. When I wrote the owner about this, she claimed that I hadn't been enrolled in autopay since June (not true) & that this second fee ($36) would not be waived. I will be looking for a different storage place immediately. Obviously they value $36.00 over losing a long-time (4 years), no problems before customer.

She works on 2 computers , she will get you in and out she is very respectful, she greets you with respect confidence and a big smile.Im not goin to say ghetto Im going to say she speaks her mind which is what most companies needs she is very well kept her uniform matches from top to bottom, she makes sure everything is in tack she gets a lil frustrated at time but she is great. The storage manager is trash she tells you what you want to hear and takes your money. Shannon is great as well she is just never there but when she is there she do a good job. Tyler is amazing he needs a better position, Karrisa and Sean stays on they phones n will ignore you until conversation is over. Tyijuan is a great worker until he gets frustrated and he jokes around alot, Nicole is horrible she lies and will string people along and will take your money... When another UHaul location in Ann Arbor didn't have the unit we'd reserved and said there wasn't…read morereally anything they could do about it, Manager Shannon Lee at this location saved the day for us! This was in August when everything was totally nuts in SEMI moving/storage wise. She found us an even better available unit, made sure it was easy for us to move into (we're two small people). It was a busy moving/storage time, and uhaul wasn't advertising a free month, but Shannon gave us a free month anyway. Without her help we would have been really stuck since we had to be out of our place the next day. She also walked us through all the steps since we'd never used storage before. She managed a lot of different customers who all needed things quite quickly. Would definitely recommend working with her and her team!
