Although it's not rated highly, Simply Storage was a great indoor facility we were in for almost seven years. yes, there were rent increases, but the rent was still manageable, everything worked and the restrooms were clean, along with everything else. a few months ago. the facility was purchased by Public Storage and it became a pit. they immediately raised our rent by $48 per month, making the rent double what it was 7 years ago. we spent a lot of time moving out this weekend. the back exit door wasn't working and we had to exit the entrance door, after going out input the code to open it. The women's restroom had an "out of order" sign. the men's restroom was horrible. it seemed as if someone had used the entire room as a toilet. I didn't use it. management was never present. this facility is too expensive and unkempt to even consider using it. put your money and your possessions elsewhere. read more
