I found Danny through the positive yelp reviews and immediately gave him a call. He was prompt in scheduling an appointment with us and followed through every step of the way. Juan was our installer and he was just as thorough in the installation process as well as explaining to us how our new security system works. Danny made sure the entire process was going smoothly by keeping a constant communication with us. They did not have the lawn signs with them at the day of the installation but Danny came by another day to plant it for us and even removed the old lawn sign for us. read more

I just had an alarm system installed this week and I must say that I am very impressed with the service, attention, and attitude of everyone I worked with. Danny, my sales agent, was very informative and knew his product better than any other sales rep I had spoken to when i was shopping. I never felt pressured by him and he would calmly suggest what would be best for me and my business when we spoke several times. Other reps I called would try high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign up, but Danny was always respectful and helpful, allowing me to explore my options at my own pace Their pricing was extremely good considering the fact that I can now control my system from my smart phone. I have the ADT Pulse App on my phone and Danny hooked me up on some cameras so I can always check on my warehouse with my phone or computer. Their installer Oscar was very efficient and professional so I would highly recommend using these guys for your alarm and security needs. An overall excellent experience! read more

I am thoroughly satisfied with Danny's service. I called Monday to have the ADT alarm system installed and got an appointment the very next day. He is very accommodating to my requests. His service is well-customized to fit your needs as a homeowner. Juan, our installer, is equally as professional and is very knowledgable with his work. Danny even came right after installation to make sure that everything was well-placed. Such excellent quality control. I called ADT directly to see how competitive their pricing was to Danny's, and Danny's company is indeed well-priced. So glad to have found him on yelp, i read his good reviews and they stand true. Thank you very much! read more

We called on Danny to come to our house the morning of a "hot prowl" break in and he was miraculously available. He came promptly as scheduled, in fact early, and had cameras and an alarm system put in by the next morning. As scatterbrained as we were after the whole ordeal and with frazzled nerves, Danny was like our only source of hope for protecting our family and he came through. He is attentive, patient and explains things as they are. Nothing was confusing about the whole process and most importantly he really does care about your safety. Danny, thank you. read more

We just had an alarm system installed last week and I must say that I am very impressed with the service, attention, and attitude of everyone I worked with. Danny was my sales agent, he was very attentive and I never felt pressured. He was able to help me decide which system was the best one for me and my family. I loved his honesty, he even helped us save money and find the right system for me and my family's needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and he was always available to speak to us over the phone. I would defiantly recommend him to my family, friends, and co-workers. If you want to work with someone that is professional and will get the job done quickly, correctly, ad not too costly he is the man to speak to. read more

I just had my ADT security system installed. Best investment I have made. I've known Danny for more than half of my life, so when I started becoming very concerned about the location I was living in, I immediately contacted him. I am so happy that he is in this business because I prefer to deal with people I know and trust (my car doesn't even get touched by people I don't know). His response time must be a part of the ADT protocol.... He called me immediately to discuss my concerns. Being a girl/woman living in a not so desirable location is an unnerving feeling. Ladies you know why we usually travel in packs. Danny spent almost an hour on the phone with me going over my concerns. I am pretty impressed with the technology that is now offered to protect my belongings and myself. I know that financially I am not going to be able to replace my belongings if something were to happen. I have insurance, but that will not notify me if someone has accessed my garage, storage, or my home. I live in a tri-level condo, where my garage is on the bottom floor (disconnected from my house), my storage is on the same floor but not connected to the garage, and I am on the second floor. In the recent past my neighbors garage was broken into and my other neighbor's car was broken into. Both of these incidents happened right outside my open bedroom window and I didn't hear a thing. Today my neighbor knocked on my door to make sure I was locking up as she was warned that there was a man with a gun, fleeing police in our neighborhood. I'm sure some will say why don't you move. That is not always an option nor affordable. Sharing all of that with Danny was a huge help in deciding what I needed and what I could afford. 1 night out to dinner is more than worth the piece of mind I now have. Because my garage is not attached to my house Danny suggested that I get the remote. The remote is very convenient for me. I can pull up to my garage, point the remote at my bedroom window and disarm the alarm and park my car Vs. parking in the red zone (security loves me) disarming then coming back to park. Same goes for leaving in morning (or whenever). I can tell, you no matter how much time I give myself, I will be late. The remote is great!!!!!!!!!!! Walk out with all 3 of my bags, open the garage, pull the car out, close the garage, & click the remote (house is armed). It can't get any easier than that right? I have motion detectors; all of my doors have sensors & this amazing little remote. BTW this awesome remote is on my keys, which now are on my nightstand vs. in my purse. The main keypad is in the front of the house. If someone were to come in and I forgot to arm the house, I can arm the alarm from where ever I am and hit the panic button to call for the police. Can't go wrong with that. The process was very easy. Danny took my information over the phone and sent me documents to sign digitally. The account is set up on auto draft, which is awesome because I don't need one more thing to do each month. The installation was quick and easy. The tech went thru the how to and was very through ( he made sure to turn his head as I entered my passcode). Danny came by to make sure everything went well and tested the remote and sensors with me. I must say I am very impressed with the customer service and follow up by Danny and the ADT team. Thanks a bunches!!! read more

I was on away one day and my wife called me and said someone was trying to peak over our fence and after he was warned, he went away and came back. My wife called the cops and thank goodness they came immediately. I have a beautiful wife and 2 precious girls...our home is our haven for security and my wife and I couldn't sleep at night thinking what if...We called Danny and him and his team secured our home immediately and we are able to control, watch and monitor our home from our phones and we have our sense of security again. Best experience with any security company we've had! Danny was extremely helpful and patiently walked us through all our options before deciding what was being installed. I reached out to Danny, as I had heard about his great service from some local Facebook groups. I quickly understood why. After receiving a high quote for a CCTV camera system and install from someone else, I thought why not give him a try. He put me in touch with a great installer who did a great job at an even better price. Danny is an expert on security systems and CCTV products. I really appreciated his help and guidance and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his services to anyone. You can't go wrong with Danny! read more

I don't leave reviews often but Secured by Danny deserves one! I reached out on Facebook asking the simple question. "does anyone know about home alarms" Within 6 hours Danny's installer was finishing up the installation of my ADT alarm. I was very skeptical about alarms, installers, rep's and the companies that provide the service. A simple search for home alarms brings pages upon pages of reviews from every alarm company on the planet and they all have positive and negative reviews. It is very difficult to get any real info to help make a decision on what alarm company to go with. Talking with Danny really helped answer all those questions. Not because he "sold" me on ADT but because he was able to explain why it was the best. If you are reading this review do yourself a favor and get in touch with Danny now. read more

After doing a fair amount of research, I went with Danny for our home security system. He did a great job with none of the upselling and silly "pressure tactics" that one usually associates with security companies. He discussed with me what we could install, what would be technically feasible, and what would be too much or unnecessary. His tech arrived on time and installed the system within a day. Although we ran into a few technical problems during the install, Danny saw to it himself that they were resolved. I'd highly recommend Secured by Danny to anyone looking for a new security system install. I've actually gone ahead and recommended him to my parents for their new house! read more

Was finally fed up with my At&t Digital Life service, so I called Danny to see if he could help. He came out to my property within a day of making the call, and my system was installed a few days later. Danny's professionalism, knowledge and promptness made choosing the right system to protect my home easy. I couldn't be happier with the alarm system and all of the convenient features to go along with it (light controls, Ring doorbell/camera, digital app etc.). I could not be happier with my ADT security system installed by Secured By Danny. I called a few places requesting an estimate and Danny was the only one that called back the same day and was even able to come to my home that afternoon to give me a quote. After meeting him I knew his company was the one for me. He is very informative and understood my needs, making suggestions for what he felt would work best for me. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to set up the installation for the very next day. Daniel came for my installation. I spoke to Danny on Friday and the next day (Saturday) my system was set up. I was extremely happy with the service my husband and I received. Danny is polite and friendly. After catching 3 teenagers in my backyard I decided to check into some security cameras. I made a few calls and then my friend told me she has a friend that does it. She called him and he called me. I knew from the moment we spoke on the phone that I could trust Danny. He came over the next day and stayed for a few hours and we went over all my options. He never tried to push any extras that weren't needed. There was no pressure at all for me to decide right there and then. But the more we spoke the more I liked what he had to offer. So I chose him. He then stated calling his installers and Juan was available and 2 days later I'm all hooked up. Juan was so professional and very organized. He worked until 10pm and stayed until I felt comfortable with the alarm. I highly recommend using this company and asking for Juan to do your install. I feel so safe now thanks to you guys. I wish I could give them more stars. Thank you again Danny and Juan. read more

We recently purchased a home in Wildomar that had an ADT system in it already. Danny came out to check our system as well as go over which services ADT offered and which would be good for us. Robert his technician came out the next day and checked all our sensors as well as set up our system. Danny and Robert were professional and very thorough, making sure we understood the set up and how to set the alarm etc. Danny called the next day to make sure everything went well and to see if we had any questions. Another security company was at our home the day we moved in trying to sell us their product and services, trying to give us the hard sell. We were not impressed with them. I can't tell you the piece of mind I feel having this system in our home, especially since my fiancé travels a lot. I love the mobile app that lets you arm the system via your phone. I have been very happy with our service. read more
