B & M security and locksmith were extremely responsive. They were the first people to reach out to me. Because I've had this service done through Yelp for a friend of mine in a different county. I know exactly what I should be paying. They gave me a great price. I agreed they told me what time they could be there and they were on time ready to go! Depending on what you're having done be prepared to show identification and proof of residency. I had my mailbox lock rekeyed. I showed him my electric bill and my drivers license. They are licensed insured and bonded so you're in good hands with this company. They offer different options for payments. You can use Venmo, Zelle, the credit card fees to carry a 5% transaction though... Or you can give cash. All in all, I was extremely pleased and very happily highly recommend this business for any type of lockout that you may have! 5 star service ALL THE WAY!!!! read more

100% got the job done! Ben is a kind person who cares on getting the job done. He worked hard on a tough lock in my old apartment building and did it perfectly! I'm confident he has the skill and patience to work on just about any other lock. Response in 5mins, arrived quicker than said, and got the job done without any damage or without any additional sneaky fees. Thank you so much Ben! - Brandon read more

B and M security and locksmith - Got both of these locks unlocked! - Security Systems Near Me - Tarzana, California

This review is well over due. I needed to have a handful of locks replaced in January of this year due to a long time squatter issue. The locks were to be replaced right after the deputies did a sweep of the property. Ben was on time and so easy to work with. Unfortunately, the squatters had basically destroyed most of the doors and windows so the deputies advised that changing the locks was pointless. Ben was patient, fair and gave us a good price for the house call and time spent. What impressed me most of all was the empathy and compassion he had for the mild mannered dog the squatters left on the property with no food or water. She was deathly afraid of us and had definitely been abused. He seemed genuinely concerned about her wellbeing. So, in a nutshell, i will definitely call B and M for any locksmith needs I may have in the future. Ben, You,ll be happy to know that a few weeks later we were able to rescue her. As of July, she was still being rehabilitated due to the trauma she experienced beforehand. Hopefully, she will find a loving owner and have some happiness. Attached are the before and after (with her rescuer) pics. read more
