There is 90 minute free parking and it's not exactly simple. You have to get a ticket and then you may be double parking someone inside and you have to give some people your keys so if they have to move your car you can't they can. They held onto my keys but did not move my car so I didn't tip them. I wasn't expecting to tip when I went to a grocery store. There's more than one business in the plaza so I think they're employed by them so just be prepared with that and have cash on hand. I did not get the Hailey Bieber smoothie although I was tempted. I've heard mixed reviews and I know it's very expensive and I did not want to spend that kind of money on a smoothie. I didn't like. I did end up getting a bottled peanut butter smoothie and that one cost $14 and it was really delicious. It tasted healthy, but it was really good. I also got some vanilla chai crisps that are in the back corner by the freezer section and those are delicious as well. Those were $6.99 for a bag and honestly, I thought that was reasonable. I did get a strawberry cream dessert. It's all natural and I think vegan or something or other. I don't know. It was really good, from the few bites I had I was going to save it and it melted in my car so hopefully it will taste good tomorrow even if it's not in the shape originally was. I also got some Keylime and Meyer lemon tarts. I tried the lemon one they should be refrigerated which I did not know until I tried to eat them. The lemon one was good. I have not tried the lime one yet. I ended up spending $44 on five items. I just went there to say I've gone there. Would I go there regularly if there was one available to me probably not but I would go occasionally. It just seems now that it's a lot of content creators or people who want to see content creators, or people we're just going there is a tourist. In addition, the first charger I tried to use did not properly secure. I tried many times but unfortunately it was BROKEN and I had to move to another charger. So...there's a broken charger which can wreak havoc if you're told by Tesla there are spots left but you arrive only to find them broken. And It also got very busy while I was there. So securing a spot will most def be an issue. NO trash cans even. Definitely will avoid this Supercharger in the future. The Grove has a huge but very busy parking structure, so while you may have to journey to the upper levels, you will eventually find parking. Although some restaurants will validate part of the parking fees, be prepared to pay somewhere between $10 and $30 depending on how long you stay and which stores you visit. Their validation rules are fairly complex and not straightforward, so be sure to read all the fine print. They also have Valet parking on premises. Venue 4 stars: Nice modern open air set up with a Nordstrom, Zara and H&M and a bunch of smaller stores, an AMC movie theater, a Barnes and Noble, a Cheesecake Factory, and a variety of coffee shops and restaurants to fit most tastes and budgets. One catch being that the Grove parking lot cannot be validated by the Farmers Market stores and vice versa. Once you are on premises you can use the trolly to move from one end of the venue to the other. Also keep in mind that the Original Farmers Market is literally next door and attached to the Grove, which dramatically increases your food options.

I called in advance and was told half of the rooms type I booked came with bath tubs and half didn't. I requested one with a bathtub and the person over the phone said they would note it in the reservation. I forgot to ask when I checked in and was a bit disappointed when I got to my room that there was no bathtub. If half of the room types had bathtub, I would think it would have been an easy accommodation request. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to Universal Studios/City Walk so that was very convenient. They also have a shuttle that comes every 30 minutes or so but the walk is so easy to do that I would recommend that. The hotel lobby and conference rooms were very nice, including the small break out rooms used for the conference. I didn't like that you have to be a Hilton member to get free Wifi but the conference came with its own wifi password so it didn't affect me. The King Corner Room was very spacious and had a separate sitting area. The room seemed a bit dated. The sofa looked very worn, like something you would see at a college dorm, so I avoided it. It did have very large windows with a beautiful view. No robes/slippers included in the room. Although I stayed for 3 nights, housekeeping only came one morning. They have a Starbucks in the lobby that is open until 11am daily. Staff was very friendly. It was a big conference (about 200 people I think) and staff did an excellent job with catered breakfast and lunch serving that many people at once. Not a luxury hotel by any standard, but for a work conference hotel, it was good. And the 10 minute walk to Universal Studies/City Walk is very convenient if your purpose is to visit those places since you won't have to pay for Uber/Lyft/parking for those places.

We got two rooms for our stay. Photos are from the room my husband and I stayed in but the room next to ours where our adult kids stayed was almost identical. The room was spacious. It had a decent sized bathroom and I liked that the bathroom was spread out in sections. The actual room had plenty of room to move around and the view was nice. The beds were very comfortable with soft pillows and sheets. The bathroom towels were typical. We stayed for several days so we used the cleaning service several times and they always replaced our towels and tidied up the room. My only complaint is about the toilet paper. It's very thin and not soft enough. We bought some extra at the local grocery store. Overall Hilton Los Angeles was a great place to stay while vacationing. It was close to the theme park, it had a shuttle to get there and back which was convenient, the service was really friendly, and the room was comfortable.
