My unit was clean when I moved in, and I felt like the area was secure and well lit, which made me feel comfortable going there even later in the day. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. There was one time I was late on my payment and they were really understanding and worked with me, which I really appreciated. They also made my move-out process very easy and smooth with no issues. Overall, this was a stress-free experience and I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone needing extra storage space.

After almost 2 weeks of waiting for a scheduled appointment for delivery and thousands of dollars spent on multiple containers (plus site preparation and labor paid for our people being made available for delivery assistance) Josh.. at J&J container services decided that we were "unreasonable " when we asked for better communication on our delivery day and said that although we had paid for the delivery... and his driver and truck were "at the yard awaiting loading" that he was going to cancel our delivery because we dared to tell him we weren't pleased with their communication with us. When we told him he was costing our business time and money and that we'd let others know what he'd done (apparently out of spite) Josh THREATENED To sue us. ... On my move date, my movers accidentally brought things to Irving that should have gone in storage. We took my things back to the storage, and my key broke in the lock. I was very tired from a long day of moving. Juan made the situation all good!! I knocked on the door for the property manager. Juan came to the door, I explained what happened and he did not hesitate in helping. The movers tried to remove the key, and were unsuccessful. Juan came to my storage and got on his knees, while pushing the key from the back to free it from the lock. It did not happen, so I had to return some items to the garage, where I moved from. Juan stayed and tried to free the key, but could not. He called me later in the evening to let me know he could not get the key removed, but he will notify his manager. The next call was Juan telling me a new lock was placed on my storage door, after they had to cut the original lock. I really appreciate how Juan handled my situation. We made the mistake of paying him before we even saw the vehicle. It appeared that he was very anxious to take our money before we even knew where the vehicle was. He would not refund our money and promised that he would fix everything. Several weeks passed, they called and said everything was ready to go and that everything on the list worked. We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. We started all of this so it would be fixed and we could sell it because we are elderly, living on social security only and we needed the money. He is the owner and his name is Corey Ebert.

My two sons had to help because they were taking so long and my boys did most of the work. Finally they ripped out custom built shelves from the former apartment that you can tell should have stayed finally some items came up musing-my firestick and they left alot of stuff behind as I had to run errands and left them with my sons. They took advantage because I am a woman and they are not worthy of any of yall business! No stars for these guys.
