Still following COVID guidelines we were able to do everything remotely as far as payment & picked up keys there onsite. We stored our house for a month while we transitioned from out of state back to our home town and to a new rental home. The unit was clean, the gentleman I talked to was super kind and easy to communicate with. If/when we get a house of our own, we will definitely consider them again for our transition and storage needs.

In my time here, there have been only 2 price hikes , each for $5/month.. Each time, there was clear communication about the price increase AHEAD of time.
