They are difficult to reach only because they are busy, But if you are patent they will work with you. Yes, they are tough, They are also protective of their property. I give them 5 stars for the caring, concern for the protectiveness. Their restroom is very clean, They seemed concerned for my safety and the safety of my property. They also stayed late for me to get me checked in so I could unload! They did not have to do this. So far, my experience has been excellent!
