Horrible, horrible experience from this company. It's been a nightmare. Ive really been on the fence about writing this because I truly want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I cannot in this situation. Bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra from Second Chance Auto. I was told the only thing wrong was the collision sensor was on and all that ment was the lane assist and cruise control wouldn't work and it also had a recall for tie rods that would be done free of charge thru Nissan Dealership. I thought okay, no problem. I purchased the car with no issues. The negligence on my part was not taking it on the freeway before purchasing or reading up on collision sensors. Fast forward, I drive it home to Cedar and it shakes violently when going over 70. I call them the next working day and let the lady who answered the phone know and I tell her I believe it's the 2 bald tires and an alignment and maybe they can help purchase that. She informs me that she needs to ask the manager and she will get back to me. I said okay great. Nobody got back to me the next day so i called. And called. And called. And left voicemails and texts. Nothing. So come Friday, i call a few more times and nothing. So I call again using a different person's number and they pick up right away. (Insane. Right?) They agree to do the tires and alignment. Great. It doesn't fix the violent shaking. I thought, okay, it's probably tie rods. I go to Nissan for the tie rod recall and after 6 hours and 190 dollars later, they let me know my car is a road hazard and absolutely cannot be driven. They said all of the things wrong with it caused by an accident made it illegal to sell to a consumer. (See paperwork in pictures.) The dealership advised me to take the car back and get my money back so this is what I did. Jose was hesitant at first to reverse anything because the carfax on the report showed no accidents. He also stated that the car went through 3 inspections and "couldn't believe" it would pass through so many of his people without it failing. He agreed to reverse the loan and give me my Jeep and money back. I told him I wanted a reimbursement for the 190 I spent at Nissan. He said no. I left it at that after he wouldn't give me an answer. Later in a phone call he tells me yes. He will reimburse the 190 dollars but it has to be done before Wednesday, May 28. I said okay great. Doable. He said he would be there to help me and give me back the jeep on Tuesday. We both agreed on this. I come to Second Chance on Tuesday, like agreed upon. He is not there. The woman said he's not working today. I got my jeep back and then asked her for the reimbursement. She said she doesn't know about it and she doesn't cut checks. She also stated I have to go to Premier Car and Truck to get my check from a Laura. I'm like this is really inconvenient but okay. We take the 30 second trip to Premier during business hours. And they're closed and locked up. I call Second Chance. No answer. I call again, no answer. Left message, no call back. Mind you, the place was empty with no customers when we left 30 seconds ago. A man pulls up smoking a cigarette and fiddling with the keys to the building. I politely ask him if Laura was there so I could get my reimbursement. He says she's not there and doesn't know anything about a reimbursement. Tells me to write down my name and number so he can tell Laura to mail a check. .... okay. So I did and left. And it is now Friday the 30th. I have called multiple times but they will not pick up the phone. I have left numerous voicemails and follow up. They won't respond. Just ghosting me for 190 dollars. Checked the mail, no check. Pretty much the worst experience I've ever had with a business and I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Please, go somewhere else for a vehicle. DO NOT COME HERE ! We bought a Mercedes C300 here two years ago that was damaged and neglected and they "claimed" they did all these services on it like battery, brakes, etc. but they were not. Not to mention the SHADY finance companies they use! They put a 1500$ Drive terrain Warranty on our loan and we come to use it 2 years later and ITS ONLY FOR 1 YEAR!!! They said we "couldn't get the car without it" the price of the loan needed to be "higher". DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YPU THE TROUBLE FROM THE SHADY OWNER WHO JUST FLIPS REPO AUCTION CARS AND DOESNT FIX OR SERVICE THEM!!! read more

If I could give -10 stars I would. Very deceiving. Got me excited thinking I was going to be driving home a car I fell in love with. Promising they cud work with me even tho my credit is fair & I am working on cleaning it up. I have under$800 in debt ; I direct deposit great income into a savings account. I come back the ne t day told the nurse wud b crunched & I'd b driving t b e car I loved off the lot the next day. I get my info having not even been looked at again & have to provide the sam e info as the day before. Numbers are worked t b en & I'm told all I can do is buy a used trade in they had a hoopty out right. What a waste of tine & major let dow . Second chance my ass. I found the staff to be not forthcoming with key details which felt dishonest. This company genuinely does not value their customers - just the sale itself. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was sold a lemon!! Somehow their mechanics could never find out why my car was leaking so much oil but when I took it in to another shop on my own there was a list of things that needed to be fixed. Salesman was a typical salesman and tells you everything you want to hear every step of the way. They make you feel as if they're working with you but will take every chance they get to help line their pockets. Very disappointed. read more

If you buy a car from this place make sure that you have a mech with you. Cause they will sale you a lemon and tell you that they can't help with any of the problems that is going on with the car. So just don't buy anything from them. I have only had my car for less then a month and having more issue with it. They are all about money and not making their customers happy. You better off using Uber and Lyte at least you know what you riding in will get you to your destination. read more

****** do not buy from these people****** i was sold a lemon ! i bought a 2006 jeep liberty 4x4 . i mentioned to them about some noise i was hearing in the rear end after taking car for a test drive , so they replaced the rear control arm , after two days the car was giving to me after being looked at by ( there mech. ) so i was told !! " problem solved " , still making noise and poping sounds but in the front end, so i took it to ( my ) mech. and he informed me ( after inspection ) that the whole front end is shot. i need to replace the upper and lower ball joints on both sides , the c.v. drive shaft on left front , all bushings , rac and pinion stearing gear , to add to that the 4x4 doe's not work , the 4x4 drive shaft is "" broken "" and needs to be replaced , plus all for tires are cracked and weatherd and need to be replaced also all four shocks need to be replaced !!! i gave them over $7000.00 in cash with no trade- in . i bought the car a month ago and still have not received title or plates. all the work that had to be done cost me another $2000.00 . ******never ever do bussiness with these people unless you have the car your looking at checked by ****** your mech. ******* first . ***i do not recommend them to anyone *** very very very disapointed buyer !!!! read more

typical used car salesman attitude tells you everything you want to hear. To start off with wife was told there was a 90 day warranty when I got there they said it was sold as is. must not think you can go on the internet and find out what he's saying is true or not. was lied to every step was told ford doesnt add any thing to there towing package all the trucks come with the same equipment. Then when we sat down to talk numbers agreed on a price out the door. next day came in to find out about my loan the price magically went up $3,000. When I asked Ryan about it he said no that was the cost of the truck and we can agree to disagree but that's it. When I went back to check there web site the truck had magically jumped from 16,000 to 18,000 so it looked like I had miss understood. Another thing he must not be aware there are things called sceen shots and yes I had a pic of the truck on there website showing the price of 16,000.
