If there was an option for ZERO stars, that's what I would put!! I put it off for the past year because I don't like leaving bad reviews but this car company (st. George auto Gallery 1081 E. 700 S.) is the absolute worst!!!! First off they were INSISTENT on me leaving a good review for them as far as calling me several days after to make sure I was going to ... 6 days after I got my vehicle, it was towed because the starter went out and ever since then it just has gone down from there. The transmission is bad. Turbos going out was told soon after I got the car. The air conditioner went out less than a year of having it. radiator is bad. I had to have it towed again after only a couple months of having the vehicle because the plastic reservoir that the antifreeze goes in cracked and had to be replaced because of it overheating due to the radiator and they refuse to help me. The only reason why I traded in my car with the only issue that it had was the power steering. Everything else was perfect on my car!! I just wanted something bigger. I had zero problems with my car. 7 days after I had the car I got from this joke car lot towed I went in because I wanted to get a different vehicle and I thought there was such thing as a lemon law and they told me that wasn't true and that they couldn't help us they've done nothing to try to work with us. When I went into get this vehicle that I currently still have I was concerned about a dent on the driver side door and he told me that the exterior didn't matter and It was how good the car was ...WELL my guy ..the car is a POS. There has been over $4000 put into this car..they should be ashamed of themselves selling a car like this to somebody just for their gain. I would not recommend going to these people at all! after I got the vehicle they let me spin a wheel and win a prize. well the prize that it landed on they didn't have it in stock so I got a bucket full of car cleaning stuff... Thanks for that!! Makes up for the POS that you sold me right? I will find every place where I can leave a review and let it be known how horrible this company is and my situation that I've had with them! And also, they were really nice when I was in there buying a car, but then their attitude changed towards me when I came in showing the problems and letting them know that they sold me a crappy car.. horrible customer service, and they were just super sketchy. i had bought a car they told me it was ready and then they said nevermind it won't be ready until 3 and we will deliver it to your house, then 3 comes and it's not at my house. a different guy calls me saying it won't be done until next week and then another guy calls me saying they don't know when it will be done, when all it needed was a tune up. didn't sit right with me. i called and went and got my money back. would not recommend them whatsoever. haven't heard great things from people around me about them either. read more

These guys tried to charge my card again after they refunded a hold that fell through. Then, when contacted, tried to say they weren't who they were. Low prices are great, but not when they abuse your info. I strongly recommend finding another dealership to do business with and understand that the reason their prices are so low is because that's the only way to attract new targets. I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord recently. The initial on-line process was smooth, however after the wire transfer, the communication regarding when I could expect delivery was not good. I was happy when the car appeared at my house, but again, I was never contacted with a date/time. I was just glad I happened to be home. The most disappointing experience happened today when I took the car to my mechanic. They found a terrible situation when checking the oil. It was completely black and full of gunky residue. Obviously, had not been changed in a very long time. I had assumed that all vehicles sold by your business would have been looked at and had been provided basic servicing. I now will be having special treatments with my future oil changes to remedy all the gunk. You people might want to read the mission statement on your website. read more

Can I give them a zero star rating? Don't email me after buying a vehicle saying to contact you if I have any issues... The buying experience was decent but the quality of the vehicle they sell is the worst that I have ever experienced. One week after purchasing my 2015 T & C Van the check engine light came on saying the catalytic converters are bad. I took the van to an independent mechanic to do safety check. They confirmed the catalytic converter is bad, the transmission cooling hose is leaking, and the break fluid had water in it. This was the first time I tried calling the GM, but no reply. However when I went in the next day, they knew I called but not one called to follow up... I explained the issues and they agreed to fix it but had to wait three weeks for the parts to come in. After three weeks of waiting I called to check in and the parts were there but no one called to let me know. I was told it would take a day to complete and I went into the dealership at 4:30 to see if it's done to learn. Go figure l, they needed a few more hours and it would be done in the morning. No one called in the morning to say it was complete so I showed up at 9 am and it was done. That same afternoon the transmission cooling hose disconnected and left me stranded. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to bring the van back to to the shop. I was told they needed to keep it over night because they don't have the part and we will not give you a loner vehicle. I tried calling the GM again and left a message but no call back. After figuring out a ride home I came back the next day mid morning to find out the van was finished but no phone call again to tell me. Fast forward one month to today... now I'm having electrical issues and the blind spot sensors are not working. YAY!!!! Good luck buying a vehicle from here! read more

Do not do business here! Where do I begin? Let's start with the blatant lies they will tell you about their extended warranties. They will tell you "buy this one and it'll cover everything. You will only pay $100 deductible and you will be covered anywhere". This is 100% a lie. DO NOT buy this crap. It started a few months ago. I bought 3 vehicles from StG Auto Gallery. I bought a G550, Tesla Model S, and a Town and country. Lets go one by one. G550: This car had under 50k miles, and looked to be in really good shape/condition. The first 4 months of owning this car it has been in the shop each month and still to this day isn't fixed. We had to bring it back in to the shop the first time for a check engine light 2 days after buying it. At which the service department reset the light and couldn't figure out why it was happening. The next couple weeks the check engine light continued to come on and off. We also developed the issue where the electronic shifting in the car wouldn't work. So, we couldn't put the car into park. It also had an issue where the tail lights kept going out every other day. So we reluctantly took our new $100k car back into the shop. We purchased the best warranty on this car available also costing us a cool $9,500.00. After having the car for over 2 weeks they let us know that the warranty would cover nothing, the car is mis-firing on cylinders causing the engine light, the wiring is bad and melting itself causing the whole lighting wiring to need to be redone, and they wanted to let someone in the shop who was "a magician with these things" attempt something on the shifter to avoid having to replace it. I was getting absolutely no support from sales or service on this, and had to run this up to the owner who after weeks of dodging me finally "fixed" these things for me. I saw fixed reluctantly because the engine light is still coming on consistently to this day. Next is the Tesla. I only bought this car for the auto pilot. I made it very clear that was a main feature for me in buying it. My salesman told me on numerous occasions that it had it included and I just needed to run an update as soon as the car was registered to me in their app (which takes 24-48 hours). SURPRISE after running the update I was met with a message asking me to pay $3k to purchase auto pilot. StG auto didn't cover anything on this. I was met with texts stating that the salesman was sorry he sold me "snake oil". This car also had a crack in the windshield, a piece of plastic that they assured me they had already ordered and was on the way, and some small scratches that were promised on my contract to fix. They have to this day not made good on any of these things. no attempts, nothing. Lastly the Chrysler Town and country. I also bought the best warranty on this one $3,800.00. After only 15k miles the van broke down in the desert between Vegas and Reno. I had to take my truck and go trailer it back to StG and have them look at it. I wasn't too concerned because I bought the warranty. Well, I just picked the van up after them having it for 3 months and having the warranty not want to cover anything without a huge fight. It also cost me $3,800 to pick it up. After only 15k miles I had to have the following done: Head gasket, both heads redone, all new hoses, radiator, thermostat, water pump, shocks, struts, brakes and rotors, tires, etc. This is where we are at right now after spending nearly $200k with this place. This is not a one off thing. This is 3 separate vehicles and 3 separate chances for this place to do literally anything. They have failed each time. No one cares about their customers there. No one tells you the truth about anything they will all lie to your face. No one will take any actual accountability. I am expecting a ridiculous canned response to this review because that's all they can do. They can't be bothered to actually care at all. Stay away from this place. Do not buy into these BS 5 star reviews. read more

It's too bad zero stars isn't an option! Stopped in on a Saturday to test drive a car I saw online but it was not on the lot as the owner of the company was driving it for personal use. I mentioned the car had a lot of miles on it and the salesman advised he didn't want to waste his time letting me test drive it if I wasn't going to buy because of that. When I mentioned I would be paying cash for a car and not financing it the salesman got very uncomfortable and advised I would have to pay more for a vehicle if that was the case as they typically worked with customers who financed through their lenders. He kept using the word "transparent" which seemed in-genuine. I called about a week later when another similar vehicle was posted online to schedule a test drive and that vehicle was also not on the lot because "the owner was driving it." After waiting over half an hour for Seth (the car salesman we scheduled with) to show up, we finally thought we would get to take the car on a test drive, only to find the battery was dead. When the battery was finally replaced, we got inside were disgusted with the interior of the car. It reeked like sweaty socks, stains covered the seats, and there were holes in the mat. After confronting Seth about our disappointment with the service, he told us to "piss off." I have and will continue to deter everyone I meet from shopping here. READ THREW BEFORE YOU BUY! They WILL SCREW YOU! I had bought a truck threw them a month ago. They claim. It's a no haggle price. Well I ended up paying over $3000 over Kelly blue book, or nada book value. They explained they had almost $3000 in repairs. So I figured it was going to be good truck with no problems. Well that was not the case! I signed the paperwork they did not give me copies. I have asked after signing and once more Still nothing. There hiding it from me. But they was supposed to fix the ac. They put a new hose on it. I asked them to check the rear breaks. I explained they were making noise, and are very hot on the drivers side. i picked it up later that day. Ac was cold. Said brakes were new. After getting back it was missing a wheel cover. I drove it for a week. Not far. One day there was smoke like crazy coming from the tire area. I pulled over. Well what do ya know. A fire on the rear brake. Where I told them to was really hot plus noise. It caught fire. I had to replace all of the rear brakes. They were all bad because they did not do them right and both drums were ruined. I Decided to check the front because it does that pulsating brake this. Wow. They had so many heat cracks that they were ruined. And needed pads. That was almost $1700. Then I got pulled over rear lights stopped working. Oh my gosh There was wires everywhere. It use to be a century link truck. And they had flashers built into the lights ran into the cab. Well it shorted. Had to cut all that mess out. Replace lights. , they did a oil change. It was dripping oil. Had to redo oil. Did not have to. But did. The filter was not staying tight. Then the ac started to get warm. Always stunk really bad. They found there was no o-ring in the line they put on. Plus had to put stuff in the ac to take away the smell. Then the ac pump went out. Another $1000. It had so many other things. But I knew about them when I bought it. But I have put close to another $4000 in less then a week because they don't check things out. They don't listen to the customer on problems, they don't give you paperwork, they are horrible! I way over paid for a huge pile of garbage. So now hate a truck I pay paymentson!. And it's not worth anything when it's paid off. I personally have had a very horrible horrible experience. So take that into mind when going there. read more

They are the best and I will not take my car somewhere else. All of the people are super friendly and very helpful. I had a different dealership tell me I needed to replace something and it was going to run me $800 and I called St George auto and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it just to make sure that I actually needed that done. By Far my worst car buying experience ever. I e purchased 10 cars in the last 5 years. We buy cars like we buy shoes and have personal experience from working at dealerships. Seth and the sales team like to play ping pong with customers and the repair shop. Seth over promises to get a sale and has no true word for what he speaks during the sale. Has no integrity and not trustworthy. Rude and inconsistent with communication. We only purchased due it being a vehicle of particular interest. From a known source. We financed on our own and didn't ask for discounts only for them to follow through on what they promised. A fraction of what was promised actually happened. Marty and the crew like to play games and don't hold their sales men accountable for overpromising. Once they get their money the sale is done & you're screwed. Steer away get a better deal else where we don't recommend this place to anyone not even our enemies. On the other hand the repair shop did there best to follow through and deliver our vehicle as promised. After a month of wasting time and not setting priorities it got somewhat near completion. I am only giving 1 star because I cant give them zero stars. This has to be the absolutely worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. My husband and I bought a 2014 Jeep from them and it has literally been nothing but problems since day ONE!! we tried to return it day 2 of having it but they wouldn't take it back and were being so rude to us after they got their money. A little background on what has been wrong since we bought it car started smoking day 2, flex plate broke, wheel speed sensors, catalytic converters, changed O2 sensors and code still come up, timing change rattles.We bought the car with a remote start and they took it out of my car and didn't replace it, check engine like keeps coming on but they never fix it right, had to get a new oil pump put in, and electrical problems. While they had it in the shop (for over a month) they had us drive 4 different loaner cars. Every time it goes into the shop it takes them forever like weeks and weeks and never call you about what's going on you always have to call them. Their turn over rate is insane there always new people in there so thats gotta tell you something. The new lady in the shop is really nice that they have now but everybody in the sales department are total dicks once you give them money! Also don't get the warranty they don't cover nearly anything we got the "best" one they said it was "bumper to bumper" then a month later told me that doesn't exist. If you walk into the mechanic building everybody is there to help and is nice but you walk in the sales building and its like walking into HELL! read more
