At five weeks post-op, I still can't believe the difference. Just as important, I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. The office responds quickly to my emails, my follow-up appointments never feel rushed, and I always feel heard and genuinely cared for. From my initial consultation, through surgery and all of my post-op care, my experience has been exactly what I had hoped for. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Costa and his entire team.

BOTH THE BREAST REDUCTION AND THE FACE PLUMPING HAD DISASTEROUS RESULTS. I underwent liposuction just to obtain the fat to plump up my face and create a younger look. The results were a large (teacup-sized, painful) bruise around my left side from the liposuction, and NO FACE CHANGE AT ALL. My face looked and felt the same post op. I do not believe he did ANYTHING. I paid a great deal of money for lipo to add fullness to my face. THERE WAS NO VISIBLE RESULT. When questioned regarding this, he replied," I wanted to give you a natural look." HE DOPES NOT LISTEN OR FOLLOW THROUGH. Despite some positive reviews, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.

The thing that blew me away was that this wonderful man sat by my bedside and waited until I woke up from surgery to make sure I was ok. I have never had a doctor do that before. He also came at 6 in the morning on the fourth of July to remove my drains himself and check how I was doing. This shows how much he really cares about his patients. I was welcomed warmly by everyone from the front desk staff, the nurse Sarah (who is also amazing!!) and by Dr. Eliopoulos, herself. I was completely comfortable. Dr. Eliopoulos spent more than an hour with me for my consultation and provided so much education about the procedure and what I could expect. I was very impressed that a physician would spend much time with a patient, especially for a consultation. Her nurturing approach to caring for her patients was just as impressive to me as her impeccable attention to the detail of her work. She understood what I wanted to achieve and helped me to set realistic expectations. On the day of surgery, she made sure I was completely comfortable. I was so excited and not in the least bit nervous as I knew I was in good hands! After the surgery she called my husband and came to check on me, which made me feel well cared for! I have recommended Dr. Eliopoulos to my friends and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for the best in the field! I am so happy with my results and truly grateful to her!

I had a terrible experience with one of them, he basically made reconstruction sound like no big deal, no need for physical therapy and showed me tear drop shaped implants. I decided to get a second opinion on this "too good to be true" reconstruction. I landed in Dr Kalnoki's office, SHE IS THE BEST! Not only did she spend 2 hours with me at my consult, she explained why you need therapy and what shape implants (not the tear drops because they'll flip and you'll have awkward boobs), all about risks and benefits and how to choose whats best for you, as an INDIVIDUAL. She's done a fellowship and has immense knowledge. I woke up from my mastectomy with reconstruction happy as a clam! My breasts look almost identical to before they were removed and redone! Dr K monitored me closely and her office staff, Tammy answers all my questions....Holly helps you schedule and Kris knows about insurance. They are wonderful. Being a gym/swim gorilla they kept me on a tight leash and didn't sugar coat anything. More offices need to be like that! I am going in for some fat-grafting procedures to make sure my breasts are even closer to normal. Dr K takes your own fat and injects it where you have divots and dimples. She has a very keen eye. After my consult with Dr. Davidson, it was the tipping point for me to make a decision to move forward and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Davidson took quite a bit of time to evaluate me, explain the various options available and also used software and digital photos to show me what my outcome could look like based on my goals and options. His entire staff from my initial phone call, the consult, the procedure itself and follow-ups have been flawless. Post surgery when I had questions that popped up, I would email Dr. D and send a photo of what I was concerned about and he responded almost instantaneously even on weekends. The atmosphere is extremely professional and efficient but at the same time each and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and personable. I've since been back for other services even though there are options closer to home. Highly recommended! The office itself is pristine--clean, modern, and welcoming, with a calm and positive energy that instantly puts you at ease. But what really sets this practice apart is the people. The patient care team (from the amazing nurses to the friendly faces at the front desk--who greet me by name with a big smile every time) are simply phenomenal. She botched my liposuction procedure. When I tried to point it out to her and her staff, they tried…read moreto convince me it was my fault. They said I didn't follow post op procedures, which is not true. One arm looks great, the other awful. I cut a slit in the bottom of my arm garment, well below my elbow, where it was so tight around my lower arm muscle that my hands were going numb. They tried to tell me that was the reason my whole upper arm is messed up, even though the other arm is fine. They tried to convince me my messed up arm was actually fine and I must have body dysmorphia to think it is't. Only after I presented them with another Drs review of the work (which also confirmed it wasn't my fault) would they consider fixing it. She then did a fat transfer, but the tissue in my arm seems to be still so damaged from the liposuction (a year and a half later), that the fat transfer didn't take. I still have one liposuction wound that won't heal, a year and a half later, it still is scabbed. The other wound is deeply scarred on that arm, although the okay arm healed right away and the scars disappeared. Of course the office says I must have some kind of picking disorder. Everything, my fault. Of course when the office was selling the procedure they said they would laser any scars, which they didn't follow-through on. Now when I write them, telling them the fat procedure didn't take, for 3 weeks now I've been writing and sending photos, and I've been ghosted, no one writes me back. You may think that I must have gotten rude, but I tried to always be kind, I just wanted them to help and tell me what to expect with my healing and what was normal and what wasn't. If you ask AI what is wrong with my arm, it says, ask your Dr. Well, mine won't talk to me after a fat transfer for a liposuction procedure she botched, so what do I do? See another Dr? But Dr. Chung has $10,000 of my money, won't help me, won't talk to me and won't refund me so that I can get help from someone else. She has done both physical and deep psychological damage.
