After the initial consult with Dr. George, he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. Due to the quantity of teeth I was having removed, I was determined to be sedated. Dr. George stated he could do it immediately at the time of the consult, with localized anesthesia, yet my past extraction experiences were precursors to it. I admit, due to his special mix that put me under, I was quite comfortable, and after awakening, fairly clear-headed and not queasy as with past extractions. I highly recommend this practice.

After going around in circles, was recommended to Dr. George DMD, MD (note the MD after the DMD) No kidding...in 10 mins flat tooth extracted, implant in and I walked out of the door. It was absoluelty wonderful - painless (very hard to say about most dentist visits) Instead of looking at a 9 month process, I think I will be done 6 months. Awesome doc, absolutley GREAT hands and very good sense of humor. Anytthing to get done in this space...JUST FIND AND GO TO HIM. PERIOD.

So I called the Methuen oral surgeon they was very nice on the phone. So I made a appointment for next day. Great so excited they can see me so fast. Well the old saying goes if it seems to good to be true then it probably is. The staff was ok and decently friendly. Unfortunately the Doctor on the other hand was a little overbearing. He came on a little strong and I heard 3 times about this stupid $50 fee.. lol but I needed my teeth out and i really couldn't wait. So I went ahead and booked the surgery to take out my teeth. I felt it went ok. Come to find out he had to work for his money and I guess this aggravated him. He upset that he had to give me more medication than the average person. ( I guess I was costing him some profit ). So besides the fact that 2 separate places in my jaw was broken which I can happen. But he didnt tell me. When I went back for check up. He was extremely rude and mentioned that had he know I was from a different city he would of never took me in the first place. I feel this was very unprofessional of him to say a comment like that. And yes the rooms do need a better cleaning as someone else had pointed out in another review. I was extremely disappointed in this doctors professionalism. Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable and unwanted.

Doctor seemed very annoyed because he needed to come help me on a Saturday for all but 10 minutes. Was in excruciating pain due to the dry socket. Then i was getting sent bills stating i owed $0.00...ignored it then i get a call and letter from a collection agency one that will hurt your credit apparently i owed $50.... paid that off, and never want to come here again. Staff is not friendly at all. Office is old and antiquated and the vents are covered in dirt. It sickens me when health providers harass patients over $50 and less and threaten to hurt their credit. I will be spreading the word about this one as well. This is one place you need to watch out for or keep on top of with payments because their communication skills are non-existent.

Everyone there -- from front desk folks to hygienists to oral surgeons -- are kind and professional and great communicators. My dentist is Dr. Morin Montazeri, and I've also seen Dr. Ralph Lewis. Both are excellent. Dr. Chao-Min Lee, endodontist, is the best. The fact that she's done two root canals for me and I still like her is saying a lot. :-) Billing practices, appointment reminders--everything handled well. Dawn at the front desk is awesome.

From the outset, everything was handled very efficiently and professionally. All of the Surgical Assistants (Tiffany, Alex & Nitasha) are well-trained using the latest dental equipment available, including panoramic X-rays and 3D CT scanninnng imagery. I've been to a lot of dental offices over the years, but their use of technology was eye-popping. They performed the requested surgery as a fully integrated team, explaining all the procedures with both images and words to my complete satisfaction. I experienced minimal discomfort during the procedure and received my choice of pain relief drugs for my home care. Just as they had prepared me well with the initial consult, Tiffany followed up later in the day to confirm that I was adhering to all the post-surgery instructions. A few follow-up visits are scheduled for them to observe that the healing process is proceeding as planned. The patient care, professionalism (and "goody bag") that I received at MassOMS in North Andover (one of several offices) deserves the 5-star Yelp rating.
