Seberts was contracted through the HOA to take care of the lawns. The lawn crew hacked apart the corner of my flowerbed in the middle of July. I asked why and the best answer I got was "pruning". 1. there is zero reason to prune plants in the middle of growing season like that and 2. they chopped the rose bushes down to the ground destroying them. It took months to get them to do anything to attempt to rectify the situation. And they didn't even fully cover the damages to my property. I supplied them with a quote for another landscaper to replace what they destroyed, they gave me a fourth of the value. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Do not use! They killed the grass in my lawn, then took forever to fix it. When Seberts did come out, they missed a few spots. I had to wait a few weeks for them to come back out to fix the rest. One of their trucks leaked chemicals on the street in front of my house, which they never cleaned up. They've ripped up my lawn with their giant tractors as well. You might be asking, why do I keep using them? Well, I never have! My next door neighbor used them, but Seberts could never stay off my lawn. I would rather cut my own lawn with a pair of scissors than hire this incompetent company. Please leave Elk Grove Village and never come back. read more

Sebert is contracted to mow for our building in Milwaukee, WI (chosen by Zilber, the building owner, not us). Per the contract, they are to mow weekly, and mowed only once for the month of May. I understand that the work is dependent on weather and it has been a rainy spring, but it hasn't been a monsoon for the whole month. And why would you decide to mow the morning after a heavy rain and then continue to mow when you saw that you were wrecking the lawn and creating trenches? One pass through and common sense would tell you to stop. For $533/month, we would be better off hiring a herd of goats. They would have more sense and at least then we could make some feta. read more

Sebert was Contracted by our HOA, not chosen by the homeowners. They continue to mow our lawn with dull blades, which rips the grass instead of cutting it and could cause the grass to get infected. They leave gates open, never trim around sidewalks and never edge along the sidewalk. I have had to purchase my own lawn equipment to fix my lawn after they come. Terrible. read more

Our driveway ends at a four lane, 50 m/h speed road. We always get plowed in, with heavy and compacted snow. It also gets very dangerous to shovel the very end of it by hand. While I was slowly advancing towards the very hard part, I saw a plowing truck signaling me to backup. A few seconds later, the evil icy snow was gone. The guy from Sebert Landscaping truck gave me this awesome, charming smile and said he couldn't let me be unsafe! And like a white knight he turned his truck around and drove away! I know nothing about this company, but I thought I would try to find a way to say thank you! It's so refreshing to run into someone with a caring heart. read more

Every week at my condominium complex nothing but a bunch of unqualified so called landscapers do nothing but make noise and a big mess. My vehicles have received damage from flying debris from the leaf blowers. I have watched them blatantly blow dirt and other debris on other peoples vehicles as well. In fact so bad at times even stuff has blown into the engine compartment. They have cut my neighbors Cable television cables on a number of occasions due to carelessness.
