While we were waiting for the appetizer we were served bread as well as some black olives. The mussels sauce tasted amazing. My friend says she will be coming back just for that. I chose the chicken for main, they do not offer a piece of chicken they offer two piece or a whole chicken. I could not believe the amount of food for the price. My chicken was really juicy. It was served with salad as well as a side of fries or rice. I picked the option of fries. The salad was ordinary I only had half a cherry tomato, A few pieces of grated carrots as well as a few pieces of onions. The fries were nice and crispy just like I love them. We had a pitcher of water left on the table. That way we could serve ourselves. We both made the mistake of asking for water before we realized it. Free parking with lots of space. They are located in front of movati. I was disappointed that they did not have a cocktail menu. I wish they could make me Discovered some Portugal drinks.

They sell both No Name and President's Choice products, and their weekly flyers are almost exactly the same as the Loblaws weekly flyer. I used to go to this grocery store once in a while to check for deals as they often have sales, but since the Covid Pandemic, I've been going a bit more often to go pick up things for my parents. I have noticed that on weekends their baked goods section is quite bare. My mom loves the croissants that they bake in-house, but they are often sold out when they are on sale :( Nonetheless, I still like this location. They have some products I haven't seen at other stores and their in-store sales are good. The grocery store is in a plaza with lots of free parking.

Since the end of Pandemic(or more specifically around mid 2023) has become disgusting. There is a smell that defies description beginning as soon as you enter. It is dirty, even the grocery carts are in the worst state of repairvand every one of them is painted with rust. I definitely make it a point to go nowhere near it for anything. Ownership does not seem to care...they're making lots of profit with the out of bounds pricing compared to, say,Wal-Mart. If I could give it a minus rating i would. If I thought it would matter I would contact directly, but so far the staff response is basically "oh well"

Menus and waters were brought over promptly. We were served primarily by the owner, Thuy, who is incredibly nice and so sincere and genuine. She gave us recommendations based on our likes and dislikes, and let us know that everything is made from scratch so modifications can easily be made. We were also served by another server who refilled our waters and checked up on us periodically. This server was also very friendly and courteous. We had the Fried Wontons (10 for $6.95), Basil Noodles with shrimp and chicken ($13.95), Beef Panang Curry ($13.95) and Neua Ta-Krai (Lemongrass Beef $13.95). The curry and lemongrass beef comes with steamed rice. The Fried Wontons were by far the best fried wontons I have ever had. There was a lot of filling (ground chicken). However, the best part was the wonton wrapper. It was so crispy and airy. The wonton skin was all blistery and crunchy and it was absolutely fantastic. I generally don't like fried wontons but I loved them here. The Basil Noodles were also spectacular. The dish was so fragrant and you could definitely smell the basil. The taste was creamy and nutty, like pesto, but with Thai flavourings instead of Italian. It had 5 large shrimp and many pieces of chicken. So delicious! The Panang Curry was also fantastic. My dad loved this dish the most. When we were done he tried to get every last drop of the sauce to pour over his rice. It had lots of beef, baby corn, red and green peppers and onions. It was rich and creamy and you could really taste the coconut milk and peanuts. The Beef Lemongrass was ok, but I liked the other dishes better. I found this dish a little too oily for my liking. However, the flavouring was good. You could taste the lemongrass, ginger and onions. It came with green and red peppers and onions. They put the rice in a heart-shaped mold and serve it on a plate - a little heart of rice - so cute! We had such a great evening. The owner really made us feel welcomed and we will definitely be back. Excellent food, great service, and reasonable prices, what's not to like? It is located in a strip mall, so there is lots of free parking. Decor is simple, but nice and clean. If you like Thai food, you need to try T'Basil in Orleans.
