It's always a little risky to try a new printing service, but in this case, the price was right. Unfortunately, the risk did not pay off as it should have. I will not be likely to work with Seattle Print Shop again for t-shirts. I needed about 50 t-shirts of various sizes, with front and back one-color printing. I prepared the art myself in high-res vector format EPS files, to keep it as simple as possible. And I needed the shirts for an event in just under two weeks. THE GOOD: I did get the shirts, and they were of good quality. Apart from a little color variance on the XXL's, they were exactly what I wanted and so far everyone here at work is pleased with them. We should be able to use them in the future. Unfortunately, we were not able to use them for the event we had intended them for, which leads me to... THE BAD: When you order t-shirts from Seattle Print Shop, there is a field to specify the date you would like to have them ready by. I assumed that this would be result in a contact letting me know if it was possible within the requested date or not. Silly me! Once payment had been confirmed, I sent an email asking if my due date was any problem, with no response. After a few days, I sent another email explaining the situation and asking for a response. I got a single line back telling me my shirts would be ready in two weeks. I immediately asked if there could be any exceptions, and got no response again. I tried calling the phone number on the website and left a voicemail, which was never returned. Our event came and went without t-shirts for it, and then it was two weeks after I had ordered the shirts. Still no t-shirts, and no word from Seattle Print Shop. Another one-sentence email told they were "in production now" and would be done by the next week. Next week comes and goes, still no shirts, still no contact. The next week I phoned again and left another voicemail, also never returned. I sent another email, and was told the next day that I "should have got them last week." Four days later, I'm told there was a major press malfunction and they would be running again on Monday, when my shirts would be printed. And they didn't think to tell me about it? I finally received the shirts a week later, over a month after I ordered them, over two weeks later than I was told they would be ready. I almost did not get them at all, as they were packed in a box labeled "Robert" (NOT my name, as I'm sure they knew by then) and got sent to several other people in the company before luck brought them to me. To be fair, they are nice shirts, and they were cheap. I'm glad we finally got them, and didn't have to pay too much for them. If you're looking to get quality shirts printed cheaply and have NO DEADLINE to work against and you don't mind not talking to anyone during the process, you may find working with Seattle Print Shop less frustrating than I did. However, since part of my job depends on producing things like this on time for specific events and expectations, I will not be able to work with Seattle Print Shop again. Communication isn't everyone's thing. Customer service isn't everyone's thing. Working to a deadline isn't everyone's thing. I get that. But I get paid to adhere to the standards of communicating clearly, working with my customers, and meeting my deadlines. I simply can't afford to work with a vendor who doesn't meet this level of service. My job isn't worth it. If you need someone who will communicate, someone who will work with you, and someone who meets expected deadlines, stay away from Seattle Print Shop. You may have to pay a little more, but the peace of mind is worth it. read more

Upside: I placed a mixed order of items from t-shirts to hoodies on 1/12/16 and received the shipment today 1/18/16..so great on the turn-around time! Downside: My order was incomplete and was missing a couple items. I just sent an email to Greg, who is the contact person at this company, so hopefully he can get this issue resolved for me. I understand sometimes things happen and orders get messed up, but it's how the company goes about resolving a customer issue (like mine) that shows a company's true character. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they can resolve my issue for the missing products I've already paid for but haven't received... I will keep you updated. Overall, I like the turn-around time this company has shown me. UPDATE: Received an email from Greg today (1/19/16) and he has put in a rush replacement order for the missing articles and should receive them by end of this week...Thanks for the great customer service!! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolute WORST customer service experience. Emailed on 2/6 asking how long it would take for an order to complete, since I was under a time constraint. Was told 7 days. Placed my order on 2/6 with all the info along with my art work uploaded. On 2/15 (9 days after my order) I received an email asking me to mail ANOTHER copy of the art work in jpeg format, which I did immediately. Received an email saying they'd be done in the "next few days". After still not hearing anything by 2/20 I emailed asking what the problem was. I received an email back saying "Oh yikes, these shirts will not be done until Wednesday, if you new last week that you had a show we could have gotten these done for you, do you want the refund or the shirts? sorry about this. greg" Obviously this person wasn't reading all the previous correspondence. After continuing to ask over the next few days for an update, (the phone number is a voicemail that you can leave a message on that is never returned), I got an email saying "do you want us to just refund"? At this point I said yes, refund to which I was told "it'll take awhile for money to get into paypal". So I THEN received this email from paypal on March 1st: Hello xxxxxx, An eCheck payment from greg XXXXX was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment. eCheck details: Amount: $250.00 USD Transaction ID: Sender: greg xxxx Sender's email: seattleprintshop@aol.com Thanks, PayPal So these guys don't even have many to refund the products they don't keep. I didn't end up ordering shirts from Seattle Print shop at all. The customer service is horrible. I think their phone doesn't work at all. Even if you leave a voice message, they don't bother to call back. I also emailed them but I used to get replies after 2-3 days. They were so slow in responding that I ended up ordering shirts from some other company. But I wasted a lot of time hoping to do business with Seattle Print shop but I never felt that they very interested at all. I think they are not interested if we have a small order of about 50~100 shirts. Rich, the first reviewer, also had a similar experience with their customer service. So make sure you have a lot of time in hand if you are ordering your shirts. On the plus side, their rates were lowest among all the other shops I inquired. read more

Is this the same shop everyone is talking about? I placed an order for 26 t-shirts on 1/22... I emailed to Greg to increase the order to 50 shirts on 1/28 I got all my shirts by 2/4 That means including the sudden order change I still got my shirts in less than 2 weeks time from my original order time. I will admit the biggest downside is that communication is a little slow (called them multiple time with no answer; email is better) however Greg did get back to me within a few days. They also could use a better notification system in letting customer know the current status of their order as that was my main concern. However... at their price point I find it really hard to beat. Shirts look great and I will be referring them to other friends for any of their printing needs. read more

I ordered ~25 shirts with two weeks' lead time. When the customer service person confirmed my order, he agreed to call me in the next few days to finalize the design. So we were off to a good start. Well, the next few days came and went, with no contact. And so did the date I needed the shirts. No call, no email, no shirts - nothing. When I called to ask what had happened, I got no help. They just don't seem to care that they completely botched my order. I was able to get a refund, but that still leaves me without the shirts that I requested. I've got to start all over again. Terrible customer service, no sense of accountability for orders. Disaster! read more

I wouldn't work with this company again. I ordered staff tshirts for my company and expected them to arrive in roughly two weeks. A month later when they still hadn't arrived, I e-mailed in to see what was up. Only then did we realize that the wheels had fallen off the bus, and nothing with my order was in progress. First critique: these guys could use some better tracking and follow-up with their own people. I understand that things (mistakes) happen, and sometimes you have no control over them. However, how you handle your mistakes says a lot about you as a business. There was basically no accountability or communication. It took me e-mailing and calling the guy over and over and over to find out when we could even expect our tshirts to arrive, period. One e-mail I wrote read, "Still waiting on the ETA of tshirts. Please have the curtesy to respond," and another read, "A week and three e-mails later, I'm still waiting on an answer to this question." With no indication that they were coming, I got the tshirts in today. They look fine, which is the reason I didn't give this company a lower score. You know, these are the time that a business owner should say something like, "Hey, I'm really sorry about that. Why don't I throw in a few extra tshirts for you?" Not only did they not offer, but I asked, it didn't happen, and I also received one fewer tshirt than I should have. These guys could do a whole lot better. read more

Despite the price, it's not worth it. I had a 2 month lead time and they still didn't complete the order in time. I had to get Paypal involved to get my money back. As of now, they are not currently equip to handle making t-shirts on a timeline. Maybe sometime in the future they will but please don't waste your time or money dealing with a place that you can't walk up to. read more

Shockingly horrible customer service caused me to request a refund. The only good thing I can say is that they refunded my money before starting work on the shirts. They need to realize that many of their customers know nothing about screen printing or graphic design.They assumed I wouldn't pay them to edit the graphic. The funny thing is I would have no problem doing so. I'd only use them (because they are cheap) if I had a graphic already done that has been proven to work with screen printing. I'm sticking with a local shop, who will actually take the time to work with my graphic and make it look good. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. We placed an order with this shop, and we didn't hear anything back for about 3 weeks, so we got in contact with them to figure out when our shirts were supposed to be delivered. They got in contact with us quickly and told us that an invoice had never been sent, so we went ahead and submitted the order again. That was over a month ago. In that month, we have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the shop, despite calls and emails. Our shirts were never delivered, and we have received no explanation as to whether or not they were even made or delivered (we thought maybe they had been stolen). We are just hoping we can get our money back. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. Their customer service is terrible as soon as they receive your money. GO FIND A DIFFERENT PRINT SHOP. This place is scam. I thought I had looked at the Yelp reviews before I used it, but obviously I didn't or I never would have used this shop. Our company ordered 100 shirts for a promotion we were having in Feb. The website was easy to use and the order form was simple. We ended up with about 10 extra shirts and did not really want to pay extra as we had ordered too many shirts at first. When i called the print shop i was told that i would not be charged for any extra shirts and sometimes extra shirts are put into the orders for free. This was great since we sold the shirts for 15.00 each and offset our production run by 150 bucks. We will be back next year for another batch of shirts, if not sooner. Thanks for the shirts. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS. They are dishonest, do a horrible job, and are unresponsive. Placed a large order with them, and when the items arrived, they looked aweful. After they admitted that the items were not done correctly, I tried for months to get them to make things right... and they just lied, made up excuses, dragged their feet, and then stopped responding altogether. Never use the guys! I'm a small business owner and had my partner contact these folks about printing shirts for us. At first; before they had our money, they responded to emails quickly and said they could use our art work and do some edits to it so it would look to way we like. Once we paid, well the story changed!!! They tell us after 4 unanswered emails that cannot edit our art work and we then tell them we'd like to cancel our order. They decide to ignore our calls and emails for 3 days until my partner posts a review yesterday. They responded yesterday minutes after the review was posted and said it takes 10 days to refund the money and plea see have our attorney call them. We call and BIG surprise the don't answer (we have called over 10 times during business hours and NO one ever answers)!!!!! So long story short they are THIEFS! Luck for us we have a good attorney and have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will tell everyone we know what a dishonest company these people are!!!! NEVER use this company!!!!! read more
