Why they didn't knock on the door or call to ask if it was okay to prune the whole thing is a question unanswered by owner Shannon. Instead, she chose to cut off service to us as she felt it was rude of us to ask.

We've also had a lot of back and forth about the cost of taking items to the dump vs. putting them in our compost bin. The number of red flags in 1 message exchange. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.

They advised me on some sprinkler updates, both what equipment they would replace and what what adjustments they would make to the equipment. When the day came, they did it all in short order and the system was working much better. It was well worth the money! Second, Ricardo put in an underground drain from my downspout. The downspout was previously draining right next to the foundation. He dug a trench and ran a pipe under my existing sidewalk (with no damage to the concrete) so it could drain farther out in the back yard. Again, he did a great job and cleaned up the site well at the end. I am already making plans with Jeanet and Ricardo about more work to be done on my property :D
