Constant bragging about how price is high so they can get their commission quickly even after multiple price reductions to help them sell. Also they wanted 1% increase of commission for staging the house. Very unprofessional and rude agent behavior who called himself doctor of real estate. Very few open houses and pretty much their tactics of selling is not their effort, marketing and networking but quick sell at the lowest possible price for their clients. I had to block an agent so I don't get further aggressive and inappropriate messages.

Beside the part of being preached about how they are all in house and have team that can paint and do flooring...... that's where our nightmare begins. Purchased the home, and they were to install new flooring and give the interior a fresh paint job, nothing over the top. Painted things they should not have, ripped out flooring they should not have, over promised and under delivered. Ripped out the stairs and was told we'll replace them for free..... bathrooms less lip but was happy to use extra materials that were not allocated for the square footage ordered. All of the finishing work probably could have been completed better off by my 2 year old son. Caulking clumps everywhere.... roller marks through the skylights and 40 foot ceilings, they needed to hire a 3rd party to come in and redo all of the flooring work, replaced damaged window ceilings with lesser than builder grade material, mind you we have initially purchased the home with nice hardwood oak throughout..... all getting painted and tarnished throughout this process. This is turning into a list of absolute blunders that in reality are examples of what you do not want your hard earned money to go towards. Let alone one of the most valuable assets you potentially have in your portfolio. Anyone open to a class action lawsuit please feel free to reach out.

We left our brand new condo with PSPM to rent out for us while we were living outside the U.S. for…read moreabout seven years. Bernie, Amy, and Heidi did a great job of taking care of things for us. They communicated with us by email when we were in remote places. They worked with us to adjust the rent to market prices as tenants came and went. They found responsible tenants, and made sure the condo was left in good shape after each move-out. They took care of repairs such as replacing a section of carpet after a bleach spill in front of the washer/dryer, for which the tenant paid. I'm now living in the unit. I found some traces of normal wear and tear when I moved in: the usual holes/marks on the walls; small chips in the bathroom granite; minor damage to the surface of one of the glass top stove burners; a small scuff mark on the kitchen granite; and stains under the toilet seat from someone spilling blue toilet bowl cleaner. BUT: the carpet is in almost immaculate condition; the bathroom and kitchen fixtures are shiny (in spite of our hard water mineral deposits); the bathtub and shower tile are pristine; the windows sparkle; the kitchen/laundry appliances are like new; and it's almost like moving into a brand new condo! I would not hesitate to use PSPM's services again, and I thank them for taking care of our investment with such great care.

We were "trading" one home for another to take advantage of the 1031 law that allows such trades to defer capital gains taxes. Cheyenne had never processed such a transaction before, but she has now, and if you need someone to guide you through the treacherous waters, she's your gal. Aside from that, she was very knowledgeable to point out that the septic system was not up to code, asking the sellers to correct same. She was on the phone or email repeatedly with the seller's agent, with our agent in another state, with the go-between for the 1031trade. She even contacted our buyer's bank to ascertain that HIS loan was on track. It was she who discovered that the tax identification number was listed incorrectly on the financial papers, something that should have been caught by the title company. Throughout she was cheerful and kind to us and to everyone. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
