From the very beginning, she was professional, helpful, and responsive. We booked a few months in advance for her busy summer season, and she identified a location for us that matched the multiple visions we were looking for and near our neighborhood. Even though she keeps a tight schedule, when the time came for our session, we had a stressful family emergency that caused us to have to reschedule. I was very stressed about rescheduling a photo session booked so far in advance, but Danielle was incredibly kind and offered another great option the following week, which alleviated my stress. That alone--her willingness to help in a crisis, and to do so very sweetly, when she could have just said too bad--is reason alone for me to recommend her. The experience itself of taking the photos was its own pleasure! This was my and my spouse's first time ever taking professional photos, and I in particular don't always love the way I look in pictures. But Danielle immediately put me at ease.
