I needed a jewelry repair. I have a vintage ruby ring, and the prongs needed to be tightened. Because I wear it so often I was worried about a loose stone. I also have a diamond pendant that was missing a stone. I brought my pieces in and within two weeks I got them back. They looked amazing. Not only did they tighten the prongs on my vintage ring and replace my missing stones, but they also cleaned my jewelry free of charge. My pieces look brand new and I haven't had any issues with loose stones sense the repair. The customer service was amazing. The store is very clean and easy to find as well. It sits right on E.
