Horrible experience!!! Booked 5 days in advance for a 5:50 am flight departure. We were promised a 3:50 am pickup. By 4:15am and no sight of the shuttle, I called the business number for trip confirmations only to be placed on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and this time pressed 1 for new reservations and it was answered after 2 minutes. The dispatcher gave me several lame excuses about a driver calling in sick and being understaffed etc. Well maybe a phone call stating that at 3:50 would have been the professional way to inform customers that their obligations could not be met. As it turned out, we got an Uber and barely got to the airport in time. I will check to see if my credit card was credited when I return home from my trip. I booked this service for a cruise to Alaska on May 4, 2019. They arrived at my hotel exactly at the time promised, handled my luggage entirely and dropped me off a little early. The driver was extremely friendly and chatted about Seattle along the way. Yesterday I was off the ship early, walked out the terminal doors, and they were waiting right there. We waited about 10 minutes for one group to arrive but left when the van was partially filled and went immediately to the airport. I was even able to change to an earlier flight because we arrived so quickly. Would definitely use them again! read more

Ordered Seattle Express to take us to and from Pier 61. The ride their was efficient and the driver was friendly. When our cruise was over we found the shuttle quickly, we were thankful since it was cold and rainy. The check-in person acknowledged our arrival and we took our seats. Another 3 people got on and there weren't enough seats, the check-in person decided that since she couldn't count and we weren't going to the airport but to another hotel, we could wait for another shuttle. So do to her inadequacy we got kicked off the shuttle! Never, ever again! I mean, you can't count double digits?! So unprofessional, they didn't even offer a discount. Horrible. read more

. In 2012 I purchased from Shuttle Express Four return trip tickets to & from Sea Tac. The total amount paid for these 8 one way trips , was confirmed by email . I was told @ the time of purchase by a Shuttle Express employee, ( her name is on the emails) " call when you're ready to book a ride". NO deadline NO Expiration Date was given verbally or in the email. Late 2016 I called SE reservation to book a ride for early 2017. I was told I had to speak with the Manager. I spoke with the mgr. Mr T I forwarded him, in good faith all emails I received from SE when I purchased the shuttle rides. In the ensuing conversation he inferred his doubts about my having unused rides , which greatly upset me. After multiple difficult conversations, he said he'd send me vouchers. I received 2 round trip vouchers ( 4 all toll ) 2 days before departing on my trip. I planned to deal with the lack of tickets @ a later date as I was preoccupied leaving. Never having a ticket on any previous purchased trip, I did not realize I needed the vouchers with me. And the driver to Seatac -did not ask for one. I spoke again w/ the Mgr & was granted a return ride to Seattle from Seatac based on my flying plans. When my flying date changed, I called SE , to let them know I would not be returning on that date .I was told by a rep they could not help me , to call closer to the date I was supposed to return to get another ride . I called back closer to the date, again to let them know I would Not be flying on the date previously discussed w/ the Mgr. (Reservations, did not have that date or ticket in their computer). I was again put on hold for the Mgr. He never answered.. I called multiple times leaving messages for the MGR. I never received a return call. I was still needing a ride from Sea Tac to my house & unable to get a confirmation ( I was told I needed the voucher) So I did NOT get my Ride w/ Shuttle Express.. I have in my possession, the 2 one way vouchers. Equaling 1 RT. I paid $269 for 4 Round trip tickets. I would like this situation remedied! I used Sea Shuttle Express many years on trips prior to 2012. The service from reservation to return was Excellent!!-consumer driven-Friendly. What's happened to Shuttle Express? The level of care & service I came to associated value from SE seems to have disappeared. Instead I was bullied & left w/ representatives that could not help me. If you have any common sense don't listen to any of these positive reviews. This is the worst shuttle we have ever used. Go with someone else. We waited 1 1/2 hrs for a service that guarantees to come every 15 mins. And if you need to get to airport good luck. We missed our flight. The service uses and abuses teen kids to check you in that have no idea what there doing and just laugh it off. And, to top it off you pre pay so they already have your payment. Fantastic service, worry-free. Hands-down the best deal for round-trip transportation to and from the cruise pier in Seattle. They offer pick-up at varies hours at almost all hotels, and then after you disembark the cruise its hassle free and truuuust me...hundreds of people will be crowding the area trying to find transportation out of there, you do not want to be one of those people. This shuttle was out there waiting for us, all you have to do is check in and they handle all of your luggage. We were then taken to SeaTac airport but they can also take you to any hotel, no additional fee. read more

This company employs the most reckless, unprofessional drivers I have ever seen. Numerous times I have seen them make lane changes without looking, run red lights and break other traffic laws. Today (9/11/15) I was driving south on the 99 when a Seattle Express van came onto the highway from Western Ave. Even though the entrance lane he was in turned into a third lane on the highway, the driver felt the need to merge immediately into the center lane which my car was currently occupying. I was forced to slam on my brakes and then I tapped my horn to let him know that I was right there. The driver then proceeded to stick his arm out of his window and raise his middle finger at me. This is by far the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen a transport driver do. Not only has it caused me to never used this company, but the highway was full of cars and I can't even begin to imagine the number of people who saw this and I assume have this as there perception when thinking about this company. There is no way I would let a friend or loved one ride in one their vehicles, I have just seen them do to many unsafe things. read more

Seattle Express provides a very convenient and economical transportation services in the Seattle area. I used them for my transportation needs from the cruise port to the airport. They do provide round trip or one way transportation from your hotel to the cruise port or from the cruise port to the hotel/airport. Cost is $12 one way or $24 round trip and can be paid on the shuttle compared to $24 one way and $48 round trip charged by the cruise lines. Reservation is recommended but not mandatory for cruise port pick up. There's generally a sign or representative available outside to direct you to the shuttle. I was cheated at Seattle Express. A few months before travel, I set up my reservation for Seattle Express for me and five others from our cruise ship to the airport. $11 each, better than I could get elsewhere. They supposedly had a button to reserve the trip between docks and airport, but it only worked if I wanted round trip. So I got the closest address to the docks as I could find. Two days before the service, they called me to tell me it wasn't right. They called me on my cell at a port of call, and I could barely understand them. But they said I had to pay double - $22 - to take the shuttle. At this point I had no choice and had to accept the revision. Do not use Shuttle Express - they will cheat you. read more

Probably wouldn't use again. The company told us the wrong place to wait for shuttle driver at our hotel and the driver was frustrated we were in wrong place. When I tried to explain this to the driver he was rude. We had to stop 3 times on our way to the cruise ship pier because the back door of the shuttle kept opening while we were driving. The driver said the door latch didn't work. On our pick up to go from cruise terminal to airport there was chaos with the person who was supposed to be checking people in, the driver ( who happened to be the same one as before) and another man who I can only assume was a manager- very unprofessional. The best I can say is we got to our destinations in one piece and our luggage wasn't lost. Would not recommend, though, especially if traveling with children. It may be cheap but if I had known we could have taken a taxi to airport for flat rate of $40 it would have been better experience. read more
