When I went and saw a vibe he was very clear at to what the session was gonna be about he was very transparent and hes one of the best energy workers I've Had the pleasure of meeting his session was so powerful that my energetical frequency was lifted tenfold but unfortunately I wasn't ready in my life to make those changes and it kind of got me scared to how powerful he got me as far as an energetic level an energetic level that I didn't go back. I've done a body treatment that's left my body clean and refreshed, but I mainly come back for the hour long facials and massages. The massages are relaxing and she gets all my knots out without digging hard, and she also gave me some suggestions for exercises to do in order to prevent soreness in tight spots like my shoulders. I like to get a facial at least once a season with the changing temperatures and she always goes over the ingredients, oils, and lotions she's using, and you get a nice shoulder and arm massage too! I have been doing yoga for years at different studios- it's rare for me to find a studio where a lot of the teachers' styles work for me; usually I can only find a few. Here, for some reason, there are many teachers that I like, ones that are gentle, ones that are gentle and tough :) , and ones I learn a lot from. Heart Center trains yoga teachers too. That matters to me even though I am not a yoga teacher because they have a focus on the eight limbs of yoga, how yoga can apply to ones' whole of life, not just exercise. It's not intrusive or anything, but for me it feels good to be around people who are optimistic about life and helping others to heal and make their lives better.
