My internal dialogue can be harsh and unkind. Receiving energy healing helps me come back to my center, helps me remember who I truly am, and helps me find the love I have for myself that is often hard to access on my own. I love working with Anne because I feel heard, seen, understood, and never judged for what I'm experiencing and going through. Having someone hold space for you to heal can propel your life forward and change things in unexpected ways. One day, you wake up and realize, wow! Look at how far I've come. I have a history of extreme childhood trauma and abuse. Working with a healer with expertise in trauma as a psychotherapist is an amazing combination of skills. Anne has a true gift as a healer. I hope many people, especially those with a trauma history, get to experience her healing sessions. Truly transformational! Anne also has a gentle style of mediumship healing where she can connect with loved ones who've passed on. Such a special and powerful work! My grandmother passed away almost two years ago. I recently had a session with Anne where she connected with my grandmother's energy. The grief I've felt over losing her was so heavy and long-lasting. Anne gave me a chance to have an open dialogue to ask questions about where my grandmother was at in her life review process. So much of my grief was lifted after that session. I'm so grateful Anne does this kind of healing work. I look forward to connecting with other loved ones in the future. Thank you, Anne, for all you've done to support me! I appreciate you so much. It's impacted my life in more ways than you can imagine.

When I went and saw a vibe he was very clear at to what the session was gonna be about he was very transparent and hes one of the best energy workers I've Had the pleasure of meeting his session was so powerful that my energetical frequency was lifted tenfold but unfortunately I wasn't ready in my life to make those changes and it kind of got me scared to how powerful he got me as far as an energetic level an energetic level that I didn't go back. But it had nothing to do with his gift, communication of the session, and awesomeness. So I disagree with the other review, but I guess everyone is allowed their opinion. One thing he made sure over these years is that he can only take you as far as you allow. Meaning he does not overstep unless you want and ask for help. As he mentioned in the comment below, he's not there to fix you, he's only providing you with help so you can heal yourself. And I'm so glad he's that way. I'm glad he doesn't wanna fix you, but instead shows you how powerful you can be if you allow yourself to be. I'm glad he's not for everyone. Especially the one who chooses fear. Because then you know - it was you and you only who chose Love and allowed healing to happen.

Patti is super friendly and I love just chatting with her before and after my appointments too! I just got a prepaid package that's buy 4, get the 5th free since I come so often and I'd save some money that way. I've done a body treatment that's left my body clean and refreshed, but I mainly come back for the hour long facials and massages. The massages are relaxing and she gets all my knots out without digging hard, and she also gave me some suggestions for exercises to do in order to prevent soreness in tight spots like my shoulders. I like to get a facial at least once a season with the changing temperatures and she always goes over the ingredients, oils, and lotions she's using, and you get a nice shoulder and arm massage too! I really like the products she sells as well, Sweet Sisters, which is a local Washington brand that uses natural, organic ingredients. I got the rose jojoba moisturizer and not only does it make my face smell delicious, it's extremely hydrating and a little goes a long way. Would definitely recommend Earthly Rituals for a go-to spa!

I can't get away with "talking" about my feelings. I have learned to connect into my physical body, to find where I'm resisting or repressing energy. While the work during a session can feel heavy, I often leave a session feeling lighter and more whole-hearted, grounded, and complete. As an energy practitioner, I originally began seeing Catherine for my own expansion. In our work together, I was inspired to apply to be mentored by her and become a Shadow Retrieval Practitioner myself. She is an incredible mentor and guide. Her training program is well thought out and while not easy, the tools and perspectives gained in the program are invaluable. Catherine's feedback is always anchored around the guidance of being a thoughtful, trauma-informed shadow work practitioner. Her authenticity and enthusiasm for her mentee's successes shine through and I consider it a great honor to have gone through the program with her. She is a gifted healer and leader in the community.

And yes, this was my experience, however working with Catherine to guide me to integrate my shadow allowed me to breath. It's an intimate, personal experience to heal at your own pace. Catherine is a wonderful healer with the sensitivity to gently stand by your side through the tender process. Also highly worth mentioning - she has INTEGRITY!!! I have been doing yoga for years at different studios- it's rare for me to find a studio where a lot of the teachers' styles work for me; usually I can only find a few. Here, for some reason, there are many teachers that I like, ones that are gentle, ones that are gentle and tough :) , and ones I learn a lot from. Heart Center trains yoga teachers too. That matters to me even though I am not a yoga teacher because they have a focus on the eight limbs of yoga, how yoga can apply to ones' whole of life, not just exercise. It's not intrusive or anything, but for me it feels good to be around people who are optimistic about life and helping others to heal and make their lives better. The owner, Faith, really has a sense of how to make that happen. The entrance to this studio is in a back alley- don't let that put you off. Inside is a world-class studio. Highly recommended.
