I reserved a pair of bikes online beforehand from Alki Kayak Tours as they are quite literally, right next to the ferry drop off on Alki. When we arrived, the bikes were ready to go and we were able to take off within minutes. We spent a few hours riding around the island, stopping for ice cream and to snag a beer at one of the local breweries. It was such a fun way to take in the beautiful views of downtown Seattle, the bay, the gorgeous homes, and Mt. Rainier. We were about 30 minutes late in returning our rentals and they didn't charge us or even really care and returning the bikes was seamless.
