Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond! There were a couple of wilted ones... but it's Vegas so that's to be expected. The prices were reasonable - which means more than you'd pay at large chain stores, but totally normal for a small, cute & quaint shop. I got a cute plant propagation glass jar with baby bamboo plants. It's going to be perfect for propagating plants like pothos! The woman at the store was friendly, eager to help when I asked questions, and she had a kind vibe! I would be happy to go again. There are at least seven floors and there are two building that are connected by walkways on some floors. The lobby has a coffee bar that serves Peets Coffee and then its floor by floor of showrooms of all the latest furniture and décor. One floor is solely Christmas décor. If you're inclined to decorate for Christmas or want to know what the trend is for 23, then this floor is for you. The Las Vegas Market is neatly laid out. Escaliers and elevators are in working order and easy to find and easy to use. The elevators are positioned just right, and the restrooms are down the hall to back of the building. If you need to go, that walk down the hall can seem like its stretching and you get the feeling that you'll never make it. Just don't think about waterfalls, or that scene from Flashdance and you'll be alright. I've been to Market three times and each time, I marvel at the building and it's cool to meet new vendors as well as catch up with the familiar ones. One note. If you take a car from the strip to the Market, you'll see a crazy twisted building to the right. I don't know the story behind it but it's super cool. Make sure to check it out.
