Joey immediately set up the pump to drain the pool so he could repair the conduit and install the new light.

I thought it would've gone away but all weekend I woke up to the blaring noises of the highway. That was so rough. 2) Small inconveniences - as where to put my toiletries in the shower, the shower style allowed for water to go everywhere, the sink leaked when the water was shut off, it just seemed not thought out at all and a lot of maintenance issues. 3) The air conditioning was on point when we came in, nice and cool. But the last day it didn't seem to work at all, barely blowing long enough so the room wasn't cooled completely. I was super hot the morning we left. 4) We felt like no one was around. They said we could purchase breakfast however no one was ever around to seat us. It was a complete ghost town. The fountain wasn't even running and a lot of lights were off all the time. Although some of the art was gorgeous and the place obviously has potential - the work should be put in before charging the insane amount to stay. Sadly, I feel cheated and I don't think I'll be coming back.

Alvaro quickly diagnosed the problem as a crack in the lower housing and suggested we try the Crystal Water Cartridge Filter 425 because it's more efficient and costs less than the Pentair filter. As he was testing the filter, he also discovered a clog in our "pop-up" pool cleaning system and fixed that. My husband was impressed with Mr. Lopez' work and asked if he could repair the drain channels in the pool deck that were cracked and dangerous. They cut out the old drains, installed ~30 feet of new Deck-O-Drains and re-plastered the drain channels with color-matched cement. Our pool is finally clean again - the new filter runs fewer hours and at much lower pressure. The drains on the deck look a thousand times better. The entire job was complete in 2.5 days and cost $2,500. True Pool Service did a great job and we highly recommend their work!

If you're in the area by E Desert Inn & Boulder Hwy during a hot day, check out this rec center that's offering open swim till the end of summer. We found this water park by accident driving by and decided to google it. Don't be misguided into thinking it's a full fledged water park. It's a big recreation pool that offers one big water slide, a smaller one for toddlers, and an open area for swim. They do charge a small fee, $2 for kids, $3 for adults, and $1 for seniors. One thing I loved was there were at least 3 lifeguards standing by watching the entire pool area at all times. There was one also at the top of the huge slide. There wasn't very much shade or places to sit, which I didn't enjoy. However, my son loved playing here, and although it was smaller than I hoped, it was set up very safely and the pool center was clean. The location isn't very convenient for us, but I'd definitively return. I'm thankful that there's parks and recreation centers like this to help entertain my son during these hot summers. Just an idea for us parents out there!

An ad popped up on my social media two weeks before July 4 advertising daybed and cabana rentals…read morefor July 4. I just assumed it would be very expensive, but I looked anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how reasonable the prices were for the daybeds. We booked a daybed on the lower level for July 4 from 5 PM to 11 PM. It was only a $50 deposit with a $250 minimum food and beverage spend. We arrived about 45 minutes early. There was a separate line for VIP check-in. Our daybed was available so we were escorted to it and allowed to have it a little bit early. Our waitress immediately came over and introduced herself. She was very friendly and attentative. We started with drinks. Beer buckets are about $75 for six beers. I was happy to see they had nonalcoholic options for me. My spouse opted for mixed drinks which came in a huge stadium swim branded sip cup. We did enjoy watching the hot dog eating contest. The twist was it was girls in bikinis. It was fun to watch. Throughout the rest of the evening they had live DJs and at 9 o'clock we had the best view for the fireworks. The only problem we ran into was that our food was delivered to another party. The staff did make it right and comped our food. We were having trouble meeting the minimum spend since it was just the two of us so the staff filled up a bag to go with Red Bulls and waters so we could hit the minimum spend. The people watching definitely got better as the night went on, but we finally called it at 10 PM. Overall, it was a great day and I would definitely rent a daybed again. It is worth it.

We did the all in exclusive deal for two nights which included a free daybed. A week prior to that…read moreI did call and make a reservation to make sure that there was one that was available for us when we were there there. then when we got there we had to wait in a VIP line that took about twenty minutes to twenty five minutes and then once we got to the Front John checked us in and didn't give us specific details on what to do after security so we walked into stadium swim and we were kind of lost already apparently we were supposed to wait for John and he was supposed to bring us out. The people who are just walk-ins were walking into stadium swim before the VIP line if it's VIP they're really shouldn't be a line so we are very surprised at that. It felt a little unorganized (and it was only a Monday morning ) we didn't get an actual daybed we got the big C shaped couch which is fine whatever I'm not gonna complain but it wasn't exactly what we expected and John had to wait for the server to handover the card and it just seemed like they didn't quite know what they were doing even though they worked there. Everybody was nice it was just not a smooth process when we expected a smooth process. I guess we also forgot that in using a daybed ment that the prices would reflect that so we couldn't buy one bottle of water we had to buy six which I passed on and the 32 ounce slushy drinks were $39 and they could've put a little bit more alcohol in there because we didn't even get a buzz and we drink three of them. The other thing which I find very strange and I understand why but there is no umbrellas or coverings from the sun I understand that it would block and obstruct the view of the TVs but I really think that they should consider trying to figure out some kind of way to have umbrellas out there because it would be more comfortable of a experience also we are local to Las Vegas and the pool was very cold for us usually our pools were like 80° at pool was very chilly and difficult to get used to. Like I said everybody was nice but I suggest that you just walk in and not do a VIP experience unless you can afford that because it is very expensive and you had to wait in line to get that very expensive experience which is confusing but thank you circa for hosting us anyway.
