    Amazing crawfish and shrimp anytime of the day! Hot and fresh and never disappointed! This is the best seafood stop!!!

But the kicker was when we went in to the party room and realized one of our presents was missing. That's when we found out that all of the employees are complete liars. We went to ask the staff and the supervisor said they would go check the cameras. After about 5 minutes she said they never saw it. So we asked again. She went back this time for about 30 minutes and came out and said she saw us walk in the room but we didn't have a gift and there was never one on the table. When we asked to see the footage she said she couldn't show us. When we asked to speak to her supervisor or anyone else above her she said she was the most senior member of staff there. That is when we told her we would call the police to review the footage. She went to the back to get us her general managers email address and magically, the owner showed up. He brought us back to look at the footage and low and behold, we saw us walk in with the gift and someone come in minutes later and take it. The other two employees completely lied to our faces. The owner wasn't prepared to do anything because as he said "things get stolen there all the time". In the end, after the police were called he finally offered us a discount on the party (which we should have gotten anyway since we didn't get everything that was part of our package) and a $50 gift card, which we will never use because I will never go there again. I would not recommend going here.

    I was very disappointed in their customer service. We buy all of our plants from them and three…read moreweeks ago we bought a bunch more for this spring. All the flowers that we bought are divided among two huge pots and all but one are thriving. Within about a week all of the flowers started producing new blooms. That one plant, however, would rot each new bloom that would sprout; same pot same soil as all the others. I keep cutting off the rot and the rot and keeps coming back with each new leaf and bloom. When I asked if they would replace it, they said no. They said they do not guarantee their plants. I told them I was happy to show them pictures of all of my flowers to show that they're all in the same pot using the same soil and how all are thriving and blooming. All have quadrupled in size and blooms have multiplied significantly. They still said no. They don't guarantee their plants! What????? What horriblecustomer service! We've never bought any plants, anywhere, that they don't stand behind their products.

Over the past two weeks, I have visited Callaway's Yard and Garden three times and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. During each visit, I was never greeted or acknowledged as I pushed a cart around the outside perimeter. The employees seemed uninterested in assisting me. I felt like the invisible woman and stated that each time when the employee wrote a ticket for my plants. I got the same response about the number of people working. Today, one female employee walked past me four or five times and never opened her mouth or acknowledge my presence. I informed the cashier about the issues regarding customer service and staff professionalism. He became defensive and stated there were only two people working. I replied, "It doesn't cost anything to say good morning no matter how busy you are." A female behind the counter, stepped in and said she would have a conversation with the manager. My comments clearly offended the ticket writer and cashier. I am the customer spending money and have the right to be offended. Callaway's Yard and Garden has a good reputation but after three visits and receiving the same treatment each time, I question that reputation. I hope you take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that all customers are acknowledged and feel welcome in your store.
