Amazing customer service so much to look at. They have elevators to help those who have a bad leg really easy to sign up for the credit card or at least to try it. They have literally everything that Hunter Fisher camping person in a boat person could ever want that atmosphere is amazing. Prices are what you expect you quality for what you pay for. read more

Massive store that sells everything outdoor. Nothing was on sale during holiday, well they don't have to since this store draws a lot of customers. Big gar fish in the aquarium, pretty cool place to shop and visit. The location is at an odd place. Next to the ballpark and outlet. But unless you live in Pearl, it is a bit of a drive to get here. read more

Toto I am not in California anymore!!! Walking into this bass pro shop was like walking into a parallel universe. It's massive, there are strange never before seen mechanisms everywhere, and if you're wearing anything other than camo everyone will look at you like you are an alien Stopped by quickly to get a gift for my husband's family and in a blink of an eye 500 earth years had passed (I got lost for a bit in the archery section) read more

I don't hunt, fish, boat, or do anything in the woods (and neither does my hubby). As a matter of fact, I don't do anything that requires getting dirty... I hate to be dirty. But... this is a really cool store. Hubby and I both love coming to this store to look around and kill time. My gosh, there's just so much to look at. It's so easy to kill a couple of hours looking around. If you can think of an item you'd like to own with camo on it, this is your place. They have just about anything you can think of with camo. I wanted a new Mag light and hubby got me one here - yep, it's a camo Mag light. LOL It's a good thing I don't go in the woods because if I did and happened to drop it at night with it turned off, I'd probably never find the darn thing. This place is just so huge. Two whole floors of huge. They have escalators and there's also an elevator for those in wheelchairs, etc. The fish tank is really cool. Make sure to stop and have a look at it. They sell those wonderful flavoured fresh toasted almonds here. Sometimes we'll pop in this store just to grab some of those. I noticed upstairs they have an area where you can practice your bow shooting at (is it called bow shooting?). Not sure of the price to practice, but it's cool they have that area here. One of these days I would like to get into archery; I had a chance to shoot at a festival one time and have been interested ever since. Maybe one of these days when hubby and I have the extra money we'll pick that up as a hobby. But we still won't go into the woods to do it... as I mentioned, we don't do the woods. We also don't kill things. We eat meat, don't get me wrong.... we'd just rather someone else do the killing of the animal for us and we're perfectly happy to pick the meat up all nicely packaged at the grocery store. Employees here are super friendly and super helpful. They are all smiles and they really know this store. If you ask where an item is, they'll know right where to find it. True Southern charm here! read more

We were visiting from out of town and had to go in this store. It was enormous just looking from the outside. The largest Bass Pro Shop that we had ever seen. Staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. read more

Selection wasn't very good but I will admit I encountered the nicest place in this area! Ppl I'd met up to this point have been rude and disrespectful. (Except for girls at Sonic) Was extremely nice to be around nice ppl. I even got ducked! (If you own a jeep you know what I mean) read more

Great service!! Great pricing! Very knowledgeable employees!! Really good selection of product.

I drove 80 miles specifically to talk about buying a boat. The associate didn't seem interested in answering any of my questions and sent me away to look at other boats. I was interested and ready to purchase one specific boat knowing it would have to be ordered however after being past off for another customer...I am not sure the Tracker Classic XL is for me. read more

Well, it's a Bass Pro Shop. You know what you're getting when you walk in, because they're pretty much all the same, except for the types of fish they have in their giant aquariums. Just don't come here on the weekend before Christmas. Just.... don't. Trust me. That's not a hit against Bass Pro, that's just good general advice. read more

I said I'm looking for... The rep says you can go on line or pay and order it. I said well can you check? The rep simply repeated the same again! Why do they even answer the phone I thought! I asking to speak to another rep and he simply repeated it again! I live 90 miles away and guess what? I will never shop there again! Nope! Never Again!! Absolutely horrible! How are they even in business? read more

This is a really cool store... There's a huge selection of items here. While I'm not a very outdoorsy type, I do enjoy looking around in this store. It's a very large store with a lot of items geared to outdoor activities.....The store is clean and very organized. The staff is very friendly. read more

This place is massive. They have departments and a full restaurant on the second floor. The glass elevators and the fresh water aquarium with love fish was enough for me to give it a four star rating. But, the staff members were truly helpful, cheerful, and very knowledgable with all things outdoors. I went with a filmmaker to purchase a hunting camera and walked a way with an awesome experience. read more

BIG PLACE good for if your bored and need to just walk around.

The exit from the interstate is well-marked, and the signage leading you to the store is well-placed. The parking lot is spacious, with PLENTY of room for oversized vehicles or towed items. This particular Bass Pro location is located just east of Jackson MS, almost mid-way on my first day's drive to my camping zone in West Texas, so it makes a perfect, 'stretch the legs', mid-trip stop. The restrooms are easy to find, there's stairs to climb (to shake off the Road 'Zzzzzzz's'), and plenty of items run the fingers through as you peruse the store. The site offers a restaurant behind the fishing lure section on the first floor (opens at 10 a/m), offering basic hi-way grubb. Nothing special, but in a different atmo than found in the usual burger-hut. (Watching the fish quietly swim about in the huge aquarium is almost 'too' relaxing, however!) You'll find 'most all the usual outdoorsy items, sorta a Cabela's Lite in the outdoor trade, so if you find that there's something left behind on the kitchen table, you can probably find a decent replacement at this location at a reasonable price. I've mentioned the stairs, and I must mention there are two large, well-lighted elevators accessing the second level, should any of your party need this function. It's a good place to stop and relax and let the kids (or spouse) burn some energy before continuing the trek eastward or westward toward your destination. read more

This store is HUGE!!!!!! OMGGGG!!! The Bass Pro in Vegas is nothing compared to this store. I know that the Bass Pro's in the South are massive. I was so shocked when I saw that they have "Uncle Buck's Restaurant" inside!!! WOW!!! All you can eat shrimp buffet too! Sadly, I was with one of my hosts and she doesn't like shrimp (insert eye roll here). Anyway, overall I enjoyed this store very much. I loved the camping section and aquarium. read more

Terrible service from gun counter at pearl Mississippi location .the salesman went to the back to check stock for a firearm I wanted to purchase.when he came back he totally ignored me and began waiting on another customer.i waited until they were through then he tells me they have the firearm but it hasn't been received yet and he can't sell it to me.wasted time, very unprofessional behavior.its ok though their competitor had the weapon, they were extremely nice and professional, and bass pro shop lost that sale and my business. read more

After ordering a grill online, it was delivered to my home bent and beat to pieces. I returned the grill only to have to order a replacement online with ship to store as the delivery option. Was told 8-9 days and my grill would be ready for pickup. After 10 business days I called and was on hold for an hour, then told by one lady Sunday my grill should be there, and then called by the pearl store and was told at 10 my grill would be ready for pickup on Sunday. I get there and there is no grill. I live an hour and half away from the store and was promised a grill ready by Father's Day and here it is Father's Day and no grill. No one cares. I'm still awaiting email responses from my first grill order. I will not be spending any more money with bass pro after I Finally receive my grill or my money back. They have ruined Father's Day this year. read more

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE STRANDED IN THE WATER DO NOT GET YOUR BOAT SERVICED HERE!!!! We brought our boat in to get serviced and checked before we went out of town on a weekend fishing trip, after a week of having the boat, we were told that they changed the oil and that we needed a new battery charger which we OKed and we were good to go. So, long story short and 350.00 later we went on our fishing trip just 3 days after being serviced. Once the boat was in the water the motor would not start. (Again just had it "serviced" 3 days prior.) After several attempts of trying to start the motor I called Bass Pro and was assured by the service manager that they would not have let us have our boat if the motor was not in working condition. They said it may be bad gas etc....but we would need to bring it back in to see. We took our boat to another reputable mechanic and was told that fuel was not getting to the motor and that the fuel cell needed to be replaced..the boat is NOW fixed!!! read more
