Most of the rings in there were priced at $9.99 and their necklaces were priced around $17.99. Everything in there was very classy. I walked out with a $204 bill. The start of the checkout process was something of an interrogation involving every bit of personal information they could possibly ask for. They asked for things repeatedly and asked me to double check everything (lots of mistakes). After that, running my card was something of a fiasco, the first two times it didn't work at all even though it went through the whole process (I'll have to check for excess charges now). To pile insult upon tedium, the manager helping with the transaction looked at me and said "well you're a testy one aren't you?" If that were ever an appropriate thing to say to a paying customer who had complied perfectly with your Byzantine instructions, I'm sure everyone would agree that it is incredibly tacky to say after the payment has been received. It is my deepest regret that I did not get the name of the short white lady manager.

To their credit, they repaired the saw, no charge and it runs great now. The lesson here is that if you get poor service, don't just accept it. Gary the manager did a good recovery of their customer service by admitting the repair tech messed up and repairing the saw for free, something that I did not ask for, but certainly a great way for making up for poor service tech. I just bought a $400 weed eater from Revell showing my gratitude for them stepping up.
