On October 12 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it showed no valid tracking information. On October 21, I contacted the merchant by email to report that the tracking was not working and that USPS showed no shipment received. I never received any reply. I want to clearly state: I never received the item. Because there was no response and no visible shipment activity, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did the merchant respond to the card issuer, claiming shipment and delivery based on tracking history. But the USPS public tracking page shows "Tracking Not Available," and the shipment record appears inconsistent -- showing pre-shipment in October but USPS movement only starting around December 19. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable: * Marked as shipped when USPS had not received the item * Tracking not working or unavailable to the customer * No response to my support email * Confusing and conflicting tracking history * No proactive communication * Item never delivered * I had to open a credit card dispute just to get attention Based on my experience, buyers should be extremely cautious. I did not receive my order, did not receive proper customer service, and did not receive transparent or accurate shipping information. I strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable merchant.

I almost always find one or two things to pick up. Prices are not cheap, but there are some deals to be found. They have a section of new items as well. My best finds have been on housewares, throw pillows, and women's shoes. If a price is not on an item, they do their best to give you a price on the spot. Some Goodwill's will not do this and will refuse to sell you the item. They recently remodeled the store and the view from the street is "blocked" by graphics, that provide shade to the interior of the store. The new layout is much better than the old. They do take donations in the back and are open 7 days a week.
