Names like Polo by Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Levi's, Bath & Body Works, GNC, etc. are all in attendance. I seen they also have a Pepper Palace, which I am beginning to see in several outlets. Pepper Palace sells hot sauces. The place is clean and decently laid out and there is plenty of parking. It is also just off of Interstate 20. I was here on a Wednesday afternoon about four thirty in the afternoon and it was not overly busy. Like most outlets, there are some decent bargains and some items that you might as well buy in any mall. All in all, this is a good place to go see if you see anything that you never knew that you needed but now you can't live without.

On October 12 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it showed no valid tracking information. On October 21, I contacted the merchant by email to report that the tracking was not working and that USPS showed no shipment received. I never received any reply. I want to clearly state: I never received the item. Because there was no response and no visible shipment activity, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did the merchant respond to the card issuer, claiming shipment and delivery based on tracking history. But the USPS public tracking page shows "Tracking Not Available," and the shipment record appears inconsistent -- showing pre-shipment in October but USPS movement only starting around December 19. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable: * Marked as shipped when USPS had not received the item * Tracking not working or unavailable to the customer * No response to my support email * Confusing and conflicting tracking history * No proactive communication * Item never delivered * I had to open a credit card dispute just to get attention Based on my experience, buyers should be extremely cautious. I did not receive my order, did not receive proper customer service, and did not receive transparent or accurate shipping information. I strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable merchant.

Other Belk locations I've been in don't have as large of a section and there isn't as much to choose from. One of my favourite purchases from this store was a lovely off-white winter coat which I got on sale for $60 and it was regularly priced at a little over $200. I live in Florida, so I only get to wear it a couple of times a year (if I'm lucky), but when I visit MS during the winter, I get to wear it all the time. It's absolutely beautiful and was a total steal! I ended up purchasing the coat because I was visiting MS during the winter and my usual light hoodie that I wear in Florida just wasn't cutting it. I had to have something heavier. But I digress.... The employees here in every single department are extremely helpful and polite. They've got the whole Southern hospitality thing going on here. They have some nice looking dresses, but it is purchase only and all the dresses are $350-$1,000 I recommend going to David's Bridal, Beyond Expectations Formals, Windsor, or Dillard's.
