I have been hearing about this sandwich shop fry daughter for a while and was happy to join her there for lunch. They have a very broad range of sandwiches to choose from including cold and got subs. We ordered a gnarly dude on a seat Italian roll. It has turkey, prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella, arugula, and hot pepper spread. We added pesto, too. They are usually pretty busy for lunch so order ahead online. The sandwich was so yummy! Definitely one of the best sandwiches I have had in South Florida. The owner was really nice and brought our sandwich outside were we were waiting. He also let us try the Resee's cup brownie which was out of this world.

Second time here and second review -- 10 stars if I could! Hands down the best subs around. There are so many options and so many ways to customize your sub, whether you like it hot or cold. They're usually busy (which says a lot), but it's always worth the wait. The bread and meats are consistently fresh and delicious. My husband and I are on a mission to try the whole menu. Thanks again, Seaside Subs, for another amazing meal!

CheeseSteak was delicious, hot and absolutely perfect! Easy ordering online and pick up ready to go. Always a pleasure to eat here and be served by Andrew! So many great subs to choose from I'll be working my way thru the whole menu!

I was expecting classic deli food and was somewhat disappointed when I first walked in. It's a beachy style sub shop, but my sandwich did not disappoint! The counter service was super friendly and our sandwiches were huge and delicious. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

I ordered an omelet with bacon, tomatoes, and cheddar, along with well-done hash browns and a scooped, toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. My best friend got a whole wheat everything egg sandwich with American cheese. The bagels are perfectly baked--crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I love the touch of salt they add to their everything bagels. The omelet was cooked perfectly, and they have some of the best cold brew coffee around compared to other bagel shops. We will definitely be back!

Nothing else in that whole Mizner-adjacent area was open yet -- not even the diner down the block, which doesn't start serving until 7. The bagels looked pale, so I asked if they baked onsite. Answer: no, the fresh bagels usually get delivered later in the morning. That immediately told me everything I needed to know and saved me from making a bad decision. The bakery case looked decent enough -- black and white cookies, pastries, etc. -- but since nothing is actually made there, I have to assume most of it was yesterday's inventory. Ended up ordering a Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a Kaiser with a large coffee. Fifteen bucks. Look, I understand East Boca commercial rents are insane, especially anywhere remotely near Mizner. But $15 for a breakfast sandwich and coffee from a place that isn't even baking its own bagels is absolute highway robbery. To be fair, the sandwich itself was solid. The Taylor ham ratio was right, eggs were fresh, and the Kaiser roll held up. But the whole operation feels less like a real bagel shop and more like an early-morning survival outpost for caffeine-deprived Boca commuters.

You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and everything always tastes fresh and well put together. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. I usually get the Arthur Ave, it comes with prosciutto, stracciatella, arugula, and sundried peppers. I like to add pesto, which really takes it to the next level. My boyfriend can't have cheese, so he orders the Arthur Ave without it and swaps in lettuce for the arugula. He also adds tomato, pickle, and onion, and loves it every time. We've also tried other sandwiches like the buto cutlet, Boar's Head ham sandwich, bresaola, BLT, and more, everything has been consistently good. We especially love their fresh focaccia bread. It's soft, flavorful, and really makes the sandwiches stand out. It's definitely our go-to choice for any sandwich there. If you go later in the day, sometimes they are out so keep that in mind. We feel lucky to have this spot right around the corner from us. It's one of our regular go tos, whether we want something quick or just a really good sandwich. The small deli/restaurant is mainly for take out, but they do have a couple tables inside. We chose to order here and eat at one of the tables. We got a chance to chat with the owner. We got a friendly welcome. She was quite sweet. When we asked, she told us that Goldy was her sister who had passed away. The restaurant was named after her. In addition to the menu on the counter, they have a blackboard with various featured items -- including soups of the day -- and specials. They use Board Head meats which you can see in the case. We both ordered their Italian sub, but I made a few changes to mine leaving out the ham and the capicola. The bread was soft and went well with all the meats, cheeses, and veggies. It was an excellent sandwich. We each ate half (the sandwich was stuffed with stuff) and took half home. We were talking about other options that they have when the owner mentioned various desserts -- including banana pudding. She mentioned that it's quite popular and sells out often, but she just happened to have some ready. This is my husband's favorite dessert. He couldn't resist getting a container of it. He took a few tastes there and devoured the rest at home. This place is definitely worth a return visit. And if you're looking for a good sub/hero/sandwich, etc. it makes a perfect lunch stop -- to eat in or to go. I'm so glad we tried them.

I think there were more folks doing takeout than dining in. We asked -- as it wasn't on the menu -- but they do offer a half sandwich and soup option. Your choices of soup are noodle, or matzah ball, or soup of the day. And you can choose any of the deli meat sandwiches. I had their matzah ball soup with a half pastrami sandwich. He had the chicken noodle with a half corned beef. The sandwiches come with a pickle slice and coleslaw. The matzah ball was light and fluffy. The soup base was flavorful. The pastrami was a bit fatty and grisly so I had to deconstruct it. The rye was soft in the center and got a tad soggy from the meat, but had a nice outer edge crust. I think I'd get the corned beef instead in the future. I gave my well marinated pickle to my husband -- I'm a half sour gal myself. But I liked the slightly sweet coleslaw. I'm glad we came to try them. Now we know.
