Came to this consignment shop in Wilmington after repeatedly seeing it through my online searches…read morefor consignment shops. I especially was drawn to this place because it seemed to be more relatable to my interest as compared to some other local consignment shops in the area that definitely seemed more beach and coastal themed. The Wherehouse is quite literally a giant warehouse. Plenty of good pieces as well as some junk. A lot of chairs, old furniture, and random items (my favorite was the child's Oscar Meyer Weiner car lol.) I was looking for something very specific and so this place didn't satisfy my needs, but this was a cool spot to look around. I think the value was pretty good overall for what they had available. And don't even get me started about how the artwork was outside! I took a bunch of photos. Probably like others do as well. Ha ha. Didn't interact with any staff during my time there, but that is honestly honestly just fine with me. They seemed like good people from far away.

Whatever room you want to furnish or decorate, I'll bet you a nickel, you'll find something here you'll love. Choose from accent furniture, wall art & mirrors, décor, lamps & lighting, seating, kitchen, dining, office, bedroom and outdoor furniture, jewelry, plants, and more. Most of the inventory is high end, but we found a few hard to beat bargains. We spent just $31 and walked out with a set of two pretty wooden serving plates, a coral art wall hanging, and three distressed white picture frames. We were thrilled with the quality and value of our purchases. An interesting feature of their pricing policy is that just about everything had three prices, so the longer something stays in stock, the lower the price drops. Customer service is phenomenal. We had a wonderful chat with owner Jeannie Bethel, who was a real joy as she talked about her store, where the inventory comes from, and about Wilmington in general. We also had a great experience with Sharon Feiler who rang us up, meticulously wrapped our glass purchases, and chit chatted about the store. If we lived nearby, we'd most definitely be regulars.

I went into to the Wilmington store to get our pool water tested for the first time by Leslie Pool…read moresupply. After a 15 minute wait the staff person took my sample and tested it. When the test was complete he started to review the results. When I questioned him about one of the results he rudely said he was done. I asked him to finish reviewing the results and he refused, I assuming because I questioned the results. I told him it was a mistake for me to ise Leslie Pool Supply. I took another water sample to Ocean Blue Pool and Spa and their test results came out very different. When I showed them what Leslie Pool recommended they said you would have ruined your pool water if you followed through with their recommendation!! Leslie Pool Supply is probably a reputable business but I would caution customers to make sure their recommendations will not harm your pool.

I was told it was most likely the cable and it could be between $ 300-600 to replace had to ask if he would look it up so I knew the exact price. No guarantee it would fix the problem I'd be better off buying a new one for $1200-1600. I asked if he replaced the cable and tested it ,and it didn't work would I have to take it ? his reply was I don't want to install it and then have to take it off. My reply was I'd rather not spend $500 only to have it not correct the problem. Took my cleaner to the 3710 collage ave location,my experience there was the complete opposite.Wonderful professional service , they took my cleaner and said they would work on it after a few other repairs. Next day spoke with the associate turns out there was nothing wrong with my cleaner ,rather a pro with my internet. I will gladly drive further to receive the quality service. Highly recommend this location.
