The Wherehouse is quite literally a giant warehouse. Plenty of good pieces as well as some junk. A lot of chairs, old furniture, and random items (my favorite was the child's Oscar Meyer Weiner car lol.) I was looking for something very specific and so this place didn't satisfy my needs, but this was a cool spot to look around. I think the value was pretty good overall for what they had available. I went into to the Wilmington store to get our pool water tested for the first time by Leslie Pool…read moresupply. After a 15 minute wait the staff person took my sample and tested it. When the test was complete he started to review the results. When I questioned him about one of the results he rudely said he was done. I asked him to finish reviewing the results and he refused, I assuming because I questioned the results. I told him it was a mistake for me to ise Leslie Pool Supply. I took another water sample to Ocean Blue Pool and Spa and their test results came out very different. When I showed them what Leslie Pool recommended they said you would have ruined your pool water if you followed through with their recommendation!! Leslie Pool Supply is probably a reputable business but I would caution customers to make sure their recommendations will not harm your pool.

Brought in my 5 year old Polaris pool cleaner ,only to be spoken to rudely. The man waiting on me…read moreacted like I was bothering him, took my cleaner to be checked . I was told it was most likely the cable and it could be between $ 300-600 to replace had to ask if he would look it up so I knew the exact price. No guarantee it would fix the problem I'd be better off buying a new one for $1200-1600. I asked if he replaced the cable and tested it ,and it didn't work would I have to take it ? his reply was I don't want to install it and then have to take it off. My reply was I'd rather not spend $500 only to have it not correct the problem. Took my cleaner to the 3710 collage ave location,my experience there was the complete opposite.Wonderful professional service , they took my cleaner and said they would work on it after a few other repairs. Next day spoke with the associate turns out there was nothing wrong with my cleaner ,rather a pro with my internet. My biggest surprise was there was no charge as I had purchased my cleaner at Leslie's. Wow from a $500 repair, $1200-1600 new cleaner to a no problem no charge solution. I will gladly drive further to receive the quality service. Highly recommend this location.
