I just tried to turn it down and she wrote me a note "close and lock the door because the a/c isn't working". The owner was mad at me because I had my service animal which she had NOTHING posted online about not being allowed. I left early this morning because I feel she was watching all I do. Cute location, HORRIBLE management. Do not come here if you want to relax. It's like living in your evil grandmas house. I wish I could get my money back it was traumatic

We didn't even rent a car, we Uber-ed everywhere and it was easy and inexpensive. Hotels are a dime a dozen in Houston, but if you want to feel at home, stay at Beacon Hill. You won't regret it. The venue itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and you can immediately tell this is a family-run venue that takes incredible pride in their property, buildings, and service. From the very beginning, the entire team was friendly, accommodating, and so easy to work with. One of the things we loved most was that they have two separate houses on the property -- one for the bride and one for the groom -- and both were spacious and comfortable, which was something we struggled to find at other venues. The venue package itself included so much: tables, linens, water goblets, plates, silverware, and chargers, along with the option for either an indoor or outdoor reception space. They do require the use of their in-house caterer, bartender, and security team, but honestly, that ended up being one of the biggest positives. The menu selection was great, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and our guests could not stop talking about how good the drinks were all night long. Leading up to the wedding, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made planning so much easier and less stressful.
