This is such a beautiful venue! We had a smaller intimate wedding, and we couldn't have picked a better place! Haydee is a delight to work with, and the food was pretty good too. I urge you guys to go visit this place if you're planning a wedding. They have a big and beautiful bridal home with all amenities. They have a smaller house for the men to get ready too. Their hall is quite spacious and nice as well. A major shout-out to Haydee for making everything possible. She's very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We were able to find a baker, photographer, and a videographer all through Oak Manor too. All the guests absolutely raved about the place.

Got invited to an evening wedding and it was beyond beautiful. As you drive towards venue it's surprising to find out it is in the middle of a neighborhood. The view is open with a beautiful tree in the middle decorated with lots of lights. They also have an indoor venue for rainy weather. Grass is kept green and beautiful helping pictures pop up.

My husband and I got married here back in 2017. It was nothing short of a magical evening. I recently reached out to Jose to see if it was possible for me to bring our 3 boys for a photo in front of the stunning oak tree. Jose was more than happy to allow us to. He even allowed us to take a peak at the house. Everything was as stunning as I remember. Being able to relive the memory of the day our family began was so special and meaningful. The grounds are stunning and everything is kept up so well, I couldn't recommend a more beautiful venue for your special day!

Went to a wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful.. getting married under an old oak tree lined with delicate white lights and a chandelier was stunning. This venue has a dance floor ( it was an all outdoor wedding ) and was big enough to accommodate quite a few people. It truly was a dreamy place. It was also 94° and the shade from the oak tree certainly helped keep people shielded from the sun. However, I never did find out what they do or where the indoor hall was in case of stormy weather... All in all, very very nice.

First I want to start with saying how amazing this staff was. They were very professional and showed a lot of interest with our dream wedding. Weddings are stressful as it is and they really delivered with their service and helping take a lot of that stress off our shoulders. Friends and family commented on how beautiful our wedding was and how beautiful the venue is as well as how great the staff was. I cannot imagined anywhere else my husband and I could have had our dream wedding other than Oak Tree Manor. Definitely recommend and will be recommending to friends that are wanting to get married in the future. Cannot thank the staff and everyone involved on how beautiful our big day was. Thank you Jose and all the staff for your hard work

Jose, thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding this past March 16th. It was an absolutely perfect day for us and all of our family and friends. Everyone at Oak Tree Manor was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. You all made our wedding day a day we'll remember fondly for the rest of our lives. Thanks again so much!

Absolutely recommend this beautiful event space! We had the honor of having an 80th birthday party here and I can't say enough about the space and the service. The grounds are spectacular and the groom and bridal house are gorgeous. There are so many picture locations throughout the entire facility. Maggie and her team are the best!!

This was one of the most magical, beautiful weddings I ever witnessed. The beautiful tree, and all the lush surroundings. The wedding reception hall was set up, absolutely beautifully. It was very magical and whimsical, and you almost kind of waited for fairies to come flying out from somewhere and I'm not talking about gay man I'm talking about literally actual fairies, everybody who was working was extremely professional and nice and help celebrate my friends Lisa and Kerry getting married. It was absolutely beautiful and magical and wonderful Haile suggested.

What it has lacked until now, though, is lodging other than the big brand name hotels far from walking distance to the town center. The proximity issue has been addressed with the opening of The August Inn, a new bed and breakfast located a short block from Old Town Spring's shopping, dining, and wine establishments. Now, visitors can immerse themselves fully in the town's unique atmosphere without sacrificing comfort or vicinity. The August Inn welcomes guests with its eclectic décor, playful touches, and genuine hospitality, mirroring the spirit of Old Town Spring itself. If you are into trains, the tracks are nearby, and you can spend a leisurely happy hour from the outside garden table watching American history roll on by. Whether you are in town for an event, a weekend or weekday escape, or just to soak in the energy of the creative community, The August Inn offers an experience that is as memorable as the town it calls home. I had a reservation for an overnight stay because I was attending the Train and REO Speedwagon concert. This is my second stay in this hotel. The hotel is about 18 months old, I believe. (The first time I stayed I was told that it was around three months old.) I was allowed to check-in a little more than hour before the designated time of 3:00pm. And, without an extra charge to my bill. Thank you for the weekend staff-on-duty who advised me to call the day-of my reservation to ask if there was any availability of a room. My assigned room was a very cool 66 (Fahrenheit) degrees. Which was absolutely wonderful after dealing with the outside "feels like" temperature of 100 and sweating. Lol. Upon inspection of the room, it looked like everything was included, even the ironing board! (Read a previous review of another hotel stay about said ironing board). Plus everything necessary was in working order: shower's water and pressure were just right. Amenities -- shampoo, conditioner, and body wash -- were included in the shower just in case you forget your toiletries. The only I found disappointing was that there was a couple of water stains on top of one of the tables. Note to previous and future guest(s): use a paper napkin or toilet paper to avoid stains on furniture. Sorry, not sorry about noting what is on my pet peeves list. Otherwise, I had a good night's sleep. Oh, a little digression, the Train / REO Speedwagon concert was cancelled. I didn't know that until I was settled in my room. I'll be staying here again next month when Glass Animals come to perform at the Woodlands Pavilion. Hopefully, that concert doesn't get cancelled. Oh well, I'll have another chance to rave about the hotel.
