We have received so many compliments of what a stunning venue Magnolia Bells is! The venue is nestled in the woods, just outside of Tomball, and just 30 minutes from The Woodlands Waterway. There is a beautiful limestone chapel with a wall of candles that were all lit at our 6 pm ceremony. The acústica in this chapel were PERFECT for the River Oaks string quartet who were playing as guests arrived and for our procession. The chapel is complete with three separate rooms for wedding parties to await the ceremony start. There is a huge antique bell atop the chapel that is only rang when the bride and groom kiss- made we cry after ceremony just hearing its sound! The reception barn is large with a separate section for caterers to set up buffet allowing more room for tables, an enclosed bar area, restrooms at both ends of the hall and candles and greenery were everywhere which makes for a most beautiful romantic space! On the morning of the big day the groomsmen have their own large two story cottage for hanging out and getting ready complete with pool table, complete kitchen, and locker room area to change. The bridal cottage is just the right size for all the girls to get ready! Small kitchen, really large bath area and mirrors everywhere. There is a vanity area that seats 5 with mirrors and Hollywood lighting that is perfect for the MUA and hairstylists to prep everyone. We reserved the house overlooking a pond that accommodates 10 that is located on the property. The venue rents this for $500 a night for the wedding party/family to stay after the reception. This venue is known with all of the vendors we worked with as being their favorite place to work and set up due to the EXTREMELY organized team in place and just how perfectly everything was designed with the vendors in mind. Our coordinator, Alison, was one of the calmest people I think I have ever met the day of the wedding with so much taking place to coordinate that day! I had every confidence that things were going to be just as we planned and it was. She handled the phone calls to vendors the time leading up to the wedding to make sure the timeline was perfect, she made sure we had our few items completed and we were staying on task. We had not only one design meeting but three design and prep meetings with her and the team during the time leading up to the actual event! All of our family were so pleased with how beautifully everything was done and that is no easy task, lol! Magnolia Bells enough brought the wedding of our dreams to life and it was an unforgettable night surrounded by those we love. I can not recommend them enough!

The chapel is lovely: small enough to see and hear everything, yet large enough to accommodate your guests without being cramped. Beautiful structure, too. The actual facility was very well tended, with a gracious and attentive waitstaff. Food was on the average side, and the buffet line did get crowded. An ample dance floor and space to dance along the "aisle" between the groups of tables. Restroom was clean, stocked with various essentials (lint roller, tissues, lotion, other toiletries) and well maintained. Navigating to this venue can be a bit intimidating. Located off of a side road (no traffic signal) that intersects with Hwy. 105, you feel as if you're driving into the deep woods until you reach The Carriage House. It is a very unique setting, and when you leave, the road gets very dark! Parking is ample, but be aware that the parking lot itself is actually stones and rocks (a bit difficult to travel across if you're wearing high heels). This is an enchanting location, and since it's obvious that only one event is occurring at any given time, I can clearly see why a bride and groom would choose The Carriage House.

So needless to say, we did not have a lot of time for wedding planning. Lynn- the owner- made everything so simple. She was very straight forward regarding what was or was not included in the rental fee (included: access to building all day, chairs, table, set up, and more). She was also able to recommend vendors that she had worked with in the past and had done a good job. All of the recommended vendors were Conroe based- and many knew each other and had worked together. The venue is large enough to fit 300 people, but we felt it was perfect for our 125 person wedding. While there was an option to do the ceremony on the deck, we chose not to since we were married in June. ' Ultimately, the reasons we chose Waterpoint were: 1. scenery- the building itself was very pretty, but more than that...the views over the water at sunset were spectacular- and made for great pictures. 2. Lynn and her flexibility. She allows you to use any vendor. It's a full weekend rental (no rush to geteverything out by a certain time the night of the wedding). 3. Outside of town (and therefore, much more affordable than the venues we looked at inside the loop) 4. You're allowed to bring your own alcohol and there's no corking fee. Wedding planning was a lot, but they made it easier by always responding quickly, somehow having all of the answers to my endless questions, and day of wedding was ready to help where they could. beyond being a beautiful location with wonderful getting ready spaces for both the bride and groom, I don't know what I would have done without their open house. We found our wedding planners and DJ at that open house and they were truly amazing. Forever 5 had a wonderful list of recommended venders as well, we were not required to use Forever 5's recommended venders but ended up liking them and went with venders off their list. As a bride that compared what felt like hundreds of venues, Forever 5 had the best bang for your buck when it comes to beautiful spaces and especially the cocktail area, I toured may of places where cocktail hour felt shoved in a corner, but at Forever 5 with the beautiful green space and bistro lights I could not have asked for a better location. If I were to do the wedding all over again, the first thing I would do is book Forever 5, no questions about it. Additional note, we fell in love with Forever 5's arches at the ceremony location with all of the beautiful vines and leaves incasing them but wanted an early March wedding, so we did not have the original look we loved. But let me tell you it was just as beautiful! All of the trees surrounding the location and the pond really pulled through and made everything look picture perfect.
