They have an ice machine and their housekeeper and manager are very friendly and attentive. I've stayed here more than once. The rooms are all very clean, linens are great, small fridge in the rooms and I stored water in the kitchen's fridge. Beds are very comfortable and the linens are soft. Each room has its own personality. My only concern, and this would be for management The Innkeeper Elizabeth is not very friendly and asked me to prove my service dog was a real service dog. She demanded a letter from my doctor. After a few minutes in which I explained the ADA she dismissed me with a wave of her hand. The Manager was completely appalled and apologized many times. This incident doesn't change my opinion of this hotel and I will continue to stay there during my frequent visits to Houston. Naen Ramos
