I am a property manager for a local Airbnb in South Oceanside. It's 3:12 pm. I called Seaside Services this morning around 8:15 am and left a message requesting a quote for a stained carpet and couch from our last renter. I received a call less than five minutes later with a quote and guarantee of same day services. Our couch and carpet look so much better and truly made my job as the property manager so freaking easy. I was able to not only get this issue resolved quickly, but luckily found a trustworthy company to get the job done. Hoping to not have this same issue for a while, but if do I'll be sure to use Brian and his team again. Thank you, Seaside Services! read more

Seaside Carpet Cleaning - Picture of my dirty couch and after cleaning my clean couch. Awesome work! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

AWESOME CARPET CLEANING SERVICES!!! The Service Technician Raymond was professional and mindful of the equipment not damaging any part of the house. He's friendly and polite, and very conscientious about doing a neat and thorough job. It's remarkable what a "Pro" can do. I've tried renting and doing my own carpet cleaning with the "Doctor", but never could do a better job than a truck-mounted steam cleaner. The stairs came out better than I thought!!! I guess the special enzyme pre-treatment is the secret to getting a really deep cleaning. (You can actually see the dirt come up!) And of course having a commercial steamer and vacuum helps!!! Highly recommend their carpet cleaning services!!! (The carpet deodorizer does smell like coconut!!!) Helpful Tip: If you have A/C, it can help to dehumidify the house to dry the carpets faster. Or pick a nice warm Santa Ana day!!! Unfortunately, we got too many of those kind of days here in Southern California!!! (It's supposed to be fall and the temperature today, November 10th was in the low 90s!!!) read more

This was my first experience with a carpet/upholstery cleaning and I have to say, after the awesome service, it will not be my last. Steven and co were so friendly, fast and great at what they do! I was not expecting my couch to look like new again, but here we are, I do not feel the need to cover it up with blankets any more. Price was great, the job was amazingly done, I have already started recommending them to anyone I know and will be scheduling regular carpet cleaning going forward. Steven, thank you again! read more

Very happy!!!! Their prices were competitive. Fast responses through email and their website for pricing is very helpful. I tried to be pretty precise with measuring my square footage for my quote and their quote came out cheaper than I thought. They didn't try to upsell me on additional services either, which I always hate. I needed to 2 rugs, a small amount of carpet around 2 beds, a white accent chair, and couch upholstery cleaned. The carpets and rugs turned out as expected...... fantastic. Huge difference! But the results and the time they spent on my sectional couch and accent chair, are what really impressed me. INCREDIBLE!!! I initially thought the price for cleaning the couch ($175) was high, but then again, it's a 6 year old couch and I have 2 dogs on it every day, so I decided to spend the money. And wow, was it woorth every penny! My dogs need to start all over again marking it, haha. They were on time, respectful and thorough. read more

Seaside Services was exactly what I was looking for in a carpet cleaning service. Responsive, professional, good communication, reasonably priced, and punctual. When I submitted a request for a quote, Brian called me right away and provided a quote and his availability. On the day of the cleaning, he called about 30 minutes before his arrival. Once there, he did a quick walk through and he and his colleague got to work. They did a thorough job cleaning the carpet and once they were done, provided some shoe covers so I could walk through the house still without getting my feet/shoes wet. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable carpet cleaner. read more

All I can say is AMAZING! I am beyond pleased with the service of Seaside Services. Brian was great to work with from the moment I contacted him after seeing his business on Yelp! He responded to my request for a quote quickly and then was able to schedule my cleaning to fit the tight schedule I had. Brian arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time (a HUGE WIN in my book) and we walked through the house as I sowed him exactly what I needed. He was extremely professional and took time to really make sure he knew what to do. The carpets were pretty bad in the high traffic areas but needed freshening up in the main floor. They look tremendous now! The BEST thing was how amazing our kitchen tile turned out. We have a pretty porous tile that likes to hold on to dirt no matter how much you sweep and mop. Let me tell you, it looks like new now! The tile in the master bath was also looking pretty sad and now look fabulous! Brian was extremely professional in both his work ethic and business dealings. You can tell he really loves what he does and wants to be the best! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brian to anyone who needs to have their carpet and tile cleaned. I have found my go to guy and look forward to a long term partnership. My house looks AMAZING!! read more

Brian did a great job on a very dirty carpet. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Seaside Carpet Cleaning.

I needed someone to quickly come clean my floors on the new house I purchased because it smelled very much like dog even after the previous owners cleaned and shampooed the rugs. Seaside was quick to respond with a very competitive quote and able to make my timing work. He came when quoted and even finished earlier than anticipated. I love that their cleaning products don't have a strong artificial smell and the house smells about a million times better. Extra Bonus, I happened to see them stop to buy some bake sale goodies from some kids in the neighborhood. All around good guys. read more

Easy scheduling and prompt response. Thank you Brian and your team. I'm one happy return customer.

Quick & efficient. Carpets looked clean and pricing was comparable to others. What I loved is they used the corner guards to keep the corners or our walls and baseboards from being beat up with their equipment! read more

Awesome carpet cleaning! From the first message they got back to me quickly, and even set up a time for the cleaning for the next week! The carpets look so so good & my house smells perfect now! Also such an affordable rate for such great work. I'll definitely use seaside carpet cleaning again in the future read more

I'm so disappointed with the job these guys did. I won't ever use them again. No masks during COVID-19. It doesn't look like my carpets were even vacuumed. I believe they skipped over one room entirely as it doesn't even smell like they sprayed anything and there isn't even a hint of moisture in that one room. Save your money and rent a machine at Lowe's or Home Depot and do it yourself. I promise it will be a better job than if you have these guys out. You think that for guys who own the company they would have done a job they were proud of... no such luck. Yes, you did do the job. Or, the guy in the photo halfheartedly attempted to clean my carpets. The appointment was under my roommate's name. This is a legitimate review. read more

I had a great experience using Seaside Services to clean the windows on a 3 story condo inside and out. We needed to have our carpets cleaned before we moved out of our old apartment. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to come out on Friday morning, which worked out perfectly for me. We recently used Seaside Services for carpet cleaning for my grandma's house before listing it for sale. She lived there for 40 years and there was a really musty smell, stains from the furniture, and just normal wear/tear. Brian looked it over and was upfront about how the carpet would look after the cleaning-- obviously, it will not look brand new, but it will look presentable enough to sell. He also suggested a deodorizer and mango scent that would mask the smell. I'm glad we went with his recommendation because the smell is completely gone. He was right, the carpet did not look brand new, but it looked so much brighter and cleaner after just steam cleaning it. Brian was really easy to work with and we had great communication throughout the process. His prices were also competitive. I highly recommend Seaside Services and would absolutely use them again when the need arises. read more

My neighbor moved and I needed to get a carpet cleaning & window cleaning company in to get the home ready to sell. Brian was very nice and professional and was able to accommodate the day/time that I wanted. I left a key for the crew and they did a fabulous job!
