AWESOME CARPET CLEANING SERVICES!!! The Service Technician Raymond was professional and mindful of the equipment not damaging any part of the house. He's friendly and polite, and very conscientious about doing a neat and thorough job. It's remarkable what a "Pro" can do. I've tried renting and doing my own carpet cleaning with the "Doctor", but never could do a better job than a truck-mounted steam cleaner. The stairs came out better than I thought!!! I guess the special enzyme pre-treatment is the secret to getting a really deep cleaning. (You can actually see the dirt come up!) And of course having a commercial steamer and vacuum helps!!! Highly recommend their carpet cleaning services!!! (The carpet deodorizer does smell like coconut!!!) Helpful Tip: If you have A/C, it can help to dehumidify the house to dry the carpets faster. All I can say is AMAZING! I am beyond pleased with the service of Seaside Services. Brian was great to work with from the moment I contacted him after seeing his business on Yelp! He responded to my request for a quote quickly and then was able to schedule my cleaning to fit the tight schedule I had. Brian arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time (a HUGE WIN in my book) and we walked through the house as I sowed him exactly what I needed. He was extremely professional and took time to really make sure he knew what to do. The carpets were pretty bad in the high traffic areas but needed freshening up in the main floor. They look tremendous now! The BEST thing was how amazing our kitchen tile turned out. We have a pretty porous tile that likes to hold on to dirt no matter how much you sweep and mop. I'm so disappointed with the job these guys did. I won't ever use them again. No masks during COVID-19. It doesn't look like my carpets were even vacuumed. I believe they skipped over one room entirely as it doesn't even smell like they sprayed anything and there isn't even a hint of moisture in that one room. Save your money and rent a machine at Lowe's or Home Depot and do it yourself. I promise it will be a better job than if you have these guys out. We recently used Seaside Services for carpet cleaning for my grandma's house before listing it for sale. She lived there for 40 years and there was a really musty smell, stains from the furniture, and just normal wear/tear. Brian looked it over and was upfront about how the carpet would look after the cleaning-- obviously, it will not look brand new, but it will look presentable enough to sell. He also suggested a deodorizer and mango scent that would mask the smell. I'm glad we went with his recommendation because the smell is completely gone. He was right, the carpet did not look brand new, but it looked so much brighter and cleaner after just steam cleaning it.
