Nothing fancy, but again, the views from the 19th floor were worth it! The hallway at the elevators is small and you have to get a buggy or cart for your luggage. Was chaotic during check-in and check out times. The pool was nice and often not overly crowded. The security walks regularly to make sure no one is there that shouldn't be. The beach was great. Crowded but not terribly so. Great seashell hunting!!! Biggest negative thing for me, on night two we walked to the beach to look for crabs and shells. We left our shoes along the wooden walkway, along with several others, and my discontinued croc sandals and my daughter's Birkenstocks were STOLEN. My husband's sandals were moved from atop of ours, so it was an obvious intentional theft.

There was NO BETTER ACCESS TO THE BEACH than this little unit offered! There is access to private beach front, AND because it is a smaller unit (instead of a high rise) we didn't have to compete with people for beach space. Check-in couldn't have been easier! Unit was spotless! Communication with office personnel was excellent! Personnel were all professional and polite! Very family friendly!

The maintenance guys came and said that they cleaned this apartment yesterday and everything was fine. Looks like the apartment was ready when we called for the first time, but people were just ignorant and careless. The Condo I stayed in this time could use an upgrade of the master bathroom but I still give an overall review of 5 because of the service and excellent customer service. Shoutout to Desiree whom I had the pleasure of speaking with the very first time I called for a reservation a few years ago after the owner I originally booked with discontinued Airbnb shortly after COVID ended. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Desiree is superb and I always speak with her but I also know when she's off I still receive awesome service.

The jetted tub was so outdated I would not even get in it. 6. Not that we used it but the fan in the master closet was also coated in dust. 5. The $50.00 fee per parking pass was exorbitant, especially for 4 days and off season. Was not expecting an additional $100 expense.
