And this personalized BBQ pit was not cheap by any means. From inquiry to purchase was fiasco. I remember my wife was concerned about a gift purchase she made that hadn't shown up on her credit card yet, less than one week before Christmas. When she spoke to the same lady about the personalized BBQ Pit, the spokesperson didnt remember the trans action. My wife reminded her the she was the one that took all her information. Needless to say my wife repurchases the pit with no promises of on time delivery and she explains the situation to me. I'm excited, shes bugged. Christmas Eve SM BBQ comes to deliver the pit I'm excited. Understandable the delivery guys in hurry the end of the day, I helped unload the pit he drives off. The BBQ Pit wasn't assembled completely, parts were missing and the granite tops didnt fit at all. I'm bugged, Wife's mad. Holidays end i contact the company they promise to remedy the problem. Week later new granite shows up and fits but they didnt bring the parts to mount the Personalized name above the BBQ Pit. They again promised to return, they never did.
