I didn't really glance around as I was trying to be as efficient with my time. But from what I could see they have a variety of tools, gardening equipment, and more. She got another to see if we can take the machine in. He looked at it for 5 seconds and said he had to ask his boss if we can take it in. He came back and said they could not. I asked why and answer was they "could not take it in". No other explanation. I confirmed with rental yard that they do repair carpet cleaners. Guess they were just not feeling it. The manufacturer bored the doors measuring from the top only. When trimmed as indicated they would be, the hollow was exposed at the bottom. The rep refused to replace the doors. To salvage the doors, extra installation charges were incurred to fill the hollow. Again, the rep and his supervisors / owners refused to cover the extra charge, even though it was clearly documented in emails that the rep had provided inaccurate information. Moral of the story: don't believe what the rep says and do all the boring and cuts on site. Or, find a different distributor.

Countertop person came over to measure and he informed me that there would be a fee of $150 to get a quote. It was an automatic turn off. No other companies do this. It should have been mentioned before we even booked the appointment. He gave me a ballpark number that was at least 7k to 10k over the company I intend to use. Appointment was a waste of time. On Sept. 21, I received a text from Mark indicating he needed to reschedule, as his young child was sick at home, and he needed to be there. Fair enough. On Oct. 10, I texted him again, indicating that I would appreciate a response if he had any intention of working on my project...CRICKETS, to this day! Bottom line: I understand that "stuff" happens that adversely affects schedules, but no amount of "stuff" should prevent common courtesy from occurring - a simple return text or call indicating the problem, and this would have saved me the time of writing this poor review. The Audio Solution may be technically great, but I never got a chance to experience that - only extremely poor communication, or none at all. I can only assume that Mark didn't really want to do the job I need done, but instead of being up front with me, he produced excuses, or didn't communicate at all. POOR business model...CAVEAT EMPTOR: use The Audio Solution at your own risk, especially if you covet communication and follow through with the service you're using.
