I asked why and answer was they "could not take it in". No other explanation. I confirmed with rental yard that they do repair carpet cleaners. Guess they were just not feeling it. The manufacturer bored the doors measuring from the top only. When trimmed as indicated they would be, the hollow was exposed at the bottom. The rep refused to replace the doors. To salvage the doors, extra installation charges were incurred to fill the hollow. Again, the rep and his supervisors / owners refused to cover the extra charge, even though it was clearly documented in emails that the rep had provided inaccurate information. Moral of the story: don't believe what the rep says and do all the boring and cuts on site. Or, find a different distributor.

He worked very hard to understand what we wanted and detail everything out, including enlarging our kitchen and reconfiguring our existing skylight. Karlie worked along with my own decorator and patiently helped through the process of choosing cabinets, fine-tuning the layout and interiors, and coordinating services. David L was our lead construction man and he was exceptional in his work ethic and attention to detail. David (and David his helper) went above and beyond to help figure out the details of making our skylight work, designing and building a custom spice cabinet for the back of our pantry door that was better than anything online, patiently hand-setting our tile backsplash into a unique pattern, and taking care of every little thing that popped up along the way, including reworking a drawer to make it larger. They arrived early, worked a full day, and got a lot done each day. Communication was excellent and we were never "stood up" as is so common with contractors, we always knew when they were going to be there. Juan in painting made sure that he took care of everything we needed and checked in with us often. After having stumbled through our prior kitchen remodel, it was such a relief to have someone else coordinating subcontractors and it is clear that they have good working relationships with everyone as we never had to wait very long for a subcontractor to come in. Mark returned my call the next day, which was the *only* time he responded promptly. He said he would be in my area at the end the week, but that came and went without a call or text from Mark. I sent him text messages on Sept. 1 and Sept. 7, and finally got a response on Sept. 14, with Mark apologizing for not getting back to me. He indicated he could make something happen the following week, which I agreed to. On Sept. 21, I received a text from Mark indicating he needed to reschedule, as his young child was sick at home, and he needed to be there. Fair enough. On Sept. 27, I texted Mark again, seeking another time he could come out...CRICKETS! On Oct. 10, I texted him again, indicating that I would appreciate a response if he had any intention of working on my project...CRICKETS, to this day! Bottom line: I understand that "stuff" happens that adversely affects schedules, but no amount of "stuff" should prevent common courtesy from occurring - a simple return text or call indicating the problem, and this would have saved me the time of writing this poor review. The Audio Solution may be technically great, but I never got a chance to experience that - only extremely poor communication, or none at all. I can only assume that Mark didn't really want to do the job I need done, but instead of being up front with me, he produced excuses, or didn't communicate at all. POOR business model...CAVEAT EMPTOR: use The Audio Solution at your own risk, especially if you covet communication and follow through with the service you're using.
