As soon as I walked in, I noticed three Ace employees standing at the endcaps right at the entrance, i was instantly greeted me and asked if they could help me find something. Luckily, the key department was right next to them, so I was helped right away. The entire process from cutting & programming the key took about 35 minutes and the entire time that I waited at the counter, I noticed that every single person that walked through the door was greeted and asked if they needed help finding something.
