It took not quite two weeks to get the part but the wait was worth it. The owner, Jason, was great. There was no mess and he made sure that he protected my new kitchen cabinets when doing the repair. He worked efficiently but was so very cordial the entire time he was at my house. His wife answers the phone for the business and does the scheduling and she was a true delight to talk to. Very reassuring and just a positive person to talk to. I would DEFINITELY recommend Miles Appliance Service to anyone needing an appliance repair done. GREAT JOB! Linda F., Fremont, Indiana

After about a month of having this problem I asked for a refund or for a new set and they refused.
