What horrible customer service whenever you call to try to schedule an appointment and by the looks of the reviews in the past, that are negative it seems like whoever's in charge of this page will make a reply under the negative comment that it's a spouse or a friend of an employee well, I can tell you that I don't know anybody who works here and would never. I lost a crown and was able to make an online appointment for the next day. The entire staff were pleasant and professional. The offending molar has the green dot on it. The advances in technology in dentistry are amazing. A series of photographs were sent to "the mill" which made a new crown using something similar to a 3-D printer. I found this place online and they advertise Emergency Care but that doesn't seem to be accurate. I broke part of a tooth off and made an appointment with Seamless Dentistry online , going into detail about why I was in need of an appointment. I got scheduled for the following week. Aty initial appointment they took some X-rays , the dentist came in to see me for evaluation, but that was the extent of service I received. I was told I would have to make a second appointment to actually get treated for my broken tooth and they needed 50% of the cost upfront to even make the appointment (additional 3% for using a debit)credit card) . I made an appointment. 8 days later, I receive a text from Seamless , they've had a cancellation and can get me in earlier , I get ready and head to the dentist, 10 minutes before I get there I receive another text from Seamless, they've lost power and are cancelling all appointments . 5 days later , they text me to reschedule. I elected to go to Seamless Dentistry for my on going problems with my brittle teeth after chemo. My initial assessment was they could do clean, fill my cavities and extract some broken teeth and I would get a partial (all upper) for $6000. So I went forward. But every time I returned for an appt. It was over $350 a tooth, every time they touched a tooth. Fast forward to my partial, they had to pull 2 teeth. Well I had oral surgery, and even though he had to cut my gums, he refused any pain meds. One month later I cannot wear my partial because now I have bone sticking out of my gums. There is no way the MR DR TODD is going back in my mouth. Please get a second opinion before letting them in your mouth. I've never felt so taken advantage. read more

Seamless dentistry has been a life saver for me. I have severe dental anxiety and a condition where I have no enamel on my teeth. This has caused me to only go to the dentist when it's a dire emergency. Today I've had several teeth pulled along with fillings and never felt a thing, nor do I truly remember most of it. Every time I go For a cleaning have a new cavity! The last time I went for a cleaning the hygienist didn't speak English and did the worst job ever! So much so that she burned one of my teeth so bad 6 months later I still have pain with sensitivity in that tooth! I was told she was a temporary employee and I wouldn't get her again! (You're right because I won't be back!) After going to another dentist he didnt find any cavities! So what was the dr going to fill if there were no cavities! Will not be back! So this is a very honest review. Yes it is bad but it is bad for a reason. I was going here along with all my family. (Wife and kids) at first it seems like a nice Christian dental office owned by a Christian family. But. As time goes on I have had many many problems here. One time I needed a root canal and I had an appointment on Friday. After starting the root canal he said he could not do it. There was an extra root and I would have to go to a specialist. He left me go the weekend in horrible horrible pain. Did not care. I got a specialist that was willing to come in on a Saturday to help me. Thank god. I was in extreme pain. That is not something a Christian dentist would do. And I left messages on his machine about how horrible the pain was I never got a call back even on Monday. Well wait they don't work Monday because they say they are Christian and want time with their families. Yeah well look at their hours. It is ridiculous. Also I was getting a cap and the dental assistant was packing all this packing thread in my gum around my tooth. I got a horrible infection when some of it was left up in my gums causing infection and more pain. This place is all about the money. Money money money. Don't let them kid you. It is not a good dentist office and has made several errors. Don't be misled. Message me if you want some more details but save yourself pain and money. Go to a dentist that cares. Go to Weddington family dentistry with doctor Grecian. She is awesome and fixed all the errors and bad dental work this dentist did. She fixed all of it they only did one temp crown for my tooth. I am almost 50 years old and have never had a cavity in my life. I started going here 6 months ago for cleanings, both times my mouth felt slightly cleaner than when I brush my teeth at home and both times they said I have a cavity and asked several times for me to schedule an appointment to get it filled. I told them I'd schedule it later. I went back to my hometown and saw my dentist of 12 years and had him double check. Of course no cavities. Needless to say I need a new local dentist. My wife has had about the same experience. They also try to get you to do all these screenings that insurance doesn't cover. I have never had problems with my mouth. I just want my teeth cleaned twice a year without the used car salesman crap. read more

I have been going to Seamless Dentistry for about 2 years and I have always had a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and the office is always clean. All the services that I have had done, with the exception of Zoom Whiting (which I inquired about and was never suggested), have been covered by my insurance. I have never been pressured into making appointments for other services, so I'm not sure what the reviewers from 01.31.2017 are talking about. In fact, they have provided alternatives to some dental work that I wanted done, that would be less expensive. They do perform an oral cancer screening, which in my opinion every dentist should. I was initially pleased with my visit and really liked the staff. But then the selling began... high priced procedures were recommended by Dr. Hendrickson and the "consultant" attempted to persuade me to make an appointment to get them done. I declined because they were outrageously expensive, even with my insurance (over $2000) and left the office. It literally reminded me of being at a car lot being pressured by a sales person. My insurance paid in full for my cleaning and so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Surprise... most of the recommended services were not necessary according to my new dentist and got the required work done for MUCH less ($500). I figured that was just the end of it but then I received a bill in the mail from them for $99 demanding payment or they will send me to collections. The description of the charge?? "Billing Charge". That's literally all it says. Of course I try and call the number on the bill listed for billing questions and get a message saying their office is currently closed. So it appears as though they will try and get money out of you one way or another... Either submit to our high pressure tactics or we will make up charges and then threaten you with collections!!! There are many other reasonably priced options in the Charlotte area. Pick any of them. Very disappointed in this place. read more
