Make sure they fully complete the treatment before paying. I paid in advance a few days before my appointment, to ensure there were no issues. The day of the root canal, I arrived early and everything seemed to be going well. In the middle of the root canal the dentist said she was unable to finish the treatment and I needed to go to a specialist. The front desk staff referred me to another dentist that they work with. I was told that I would have a refund for the root canal minus about $300 the next day. Which I was fine with. That was 3 weeks ago, I am still waiting for the refund and have been calling trying to get an update on the status of said refund. Their billing department, keeps saying "We're escalating this to our higher ups and we will call you back today." They never call back and when I call back, they keep giving the same run around. If you pay before the service is completed, beware that you will be given the run around and you may find yourself, at risk of complications due to incomplete Endodontic procedures.

You were either misinformed or lied to about the situation with my father...almost two years ago. I accompanied my father to either have the dentures remade or obtain a refund. My father could barely make it to the dental chair, and the dental assistant slopped the impression compound all down the front of my father's shirt. Dr. Smith spoke with his back to all of us during the visit. I guess his mother didn't teach him about manners. The dentist office agreed to refund the money BEFORE my father died, and ironically, I took my daddy to my personal dentist and he agreed that the work was subpar. We arranged to have new dentures made through him. By the way, MY DENTIST, made two home visits to my father's house to fit him, and that is unheard of these days. But, that is the kind of person he is. Also, we paid for the dentures from my dentist and were very pleased that Daddy would have teeth to eat with, no matter how long he was with us. Twos days after my father died, my dentist called to say they were refunding the money for the dentures. I broke down in tears and told them that they didn't have to do that, and they insisted, saying, "Dr. ____ wants to because that is the kind of person he is." Dr. Burris and his office should take notice. They are the ones who went back on their word. Shame on them!

It's simple and brilliant, and a tool everyone should use to empower themselves to be better (myself included). It takes a lot of the complexity out of it, and the staff couldn't be more knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Within the actual experience, you receive everything you need - a blanket, many comfortable places to relax, headphones, and an eye mask. If you have never sat quietly with relaxing tones, and limited distractions you are in for a treat!
