Avocado toast

Nice breakfast spot. We had their Avocado toast and it was good and had a hint of heat. The waitress was very attentive and our coffee never got cold.

Needed a diner style breakfast so I found this little breakfast nook. This restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. Set across the street from the water. A cute little place and gotta love the name. I chose this place because they had shrimp and grits ant that their most popular dish. Do we ordered the shrimp and grits, a popeyes omelet and over easy eggs and corn beef hash and home fries.the shrimp and grits were good as the Popeyes omelet. The over easy eggs was over cooked and the corn beef hash was cooked crisp squished thin like a 5 inch pancake and did it mentioned it was thin? It was as thin as 2 tortilla wraps stacked together.

Found this place for breakfast while we were in St Pete. This place will take you way back as soon as you walked in. The decor is very nostalgic of the old Florida. I had the cheesy Cajun shrimp grits. It was so yummy! My husband had the French toast, but I wasn't impressed. They used a thin white bread which is normally not suitable for French toast.I wish I had a photo of it, but will be back again when we're in town and try something different. Service was great. No complaint.

Cute, old Florida style breakfast and lunch restaurant. Lunch begins at 11am, but there are savory items such as BLT and grilled shrimp on the breakfast menu. The house potatoes have quite a bit of onion (just a heads up for anyone ordering who isn't a fan of onions). Side of bacon is 3 pieces. Everything tasted great. Love the decor. Service was excellent! Outdoor seating available, but the old Florida ambiance is found inside.

During recent visit to Tampa/St. Pete found our way over to St.Pete Beach. Nice Area with a very good breakfast spot called the Seahorse Restaurant. It's near the water with a throw back Florida vibe from the 60's & early 70's. Tables and overall decor is a visit back to old Florida! Server was very friendly & helpful with food selections. I decided on the Spicy Shrimp Omelette w/side of tomatoes since no hash browns. Also, had a Bloody Mary to start the day which was tasty! Overall with the nostalgia, food & service I would give this 4.5 stars! Thanks for the ride back in time and look forward to another visit down the road!

A very nice casual breakfast lunch place. It's pretty much a like a diner in NYC. Food is good and service even better. They have a wide array of breakfast items and sandwiches. The shrimp and grits was very good.

So we finally made it over here for lunch. So good! It was not as busy as it gets with breakfast so we got seated quickly. Looking over the menu it was hard to decide but we started with clam chowder. Pretty good. Not the best I have had but it was definitely fresh! Then I had the Cajun fish sandwich. Delicious! The bun was soft and tasty combined with the Cajun seasoning and I believe their house made tarter sauce. Really good. Deb had the avocado toast. This was on Cuban bread and had some heat to it. Very good as well. A solid spot for lunch and our server, Vanessa was a great server.

Vacationing in St Pete's beach and was looking for a spot for breakfast. Took a 10 minute ride to Seahorse. Located across from the water In a quiet little town. Finding parking could be an issue however if you don't mind a walk then street parking is available. The restaurant itself has a vintage , preserved interior. Service was great, a lot of locals visit here. Got myself the classic breakfast, was a safe option. Mimosas weren't the greatest and that's part of the reason for the rating. Wasn't blown away , however this is a place worth visiting If you're looking for a breakfast spot

Blackened Shrimp & Cheese Grits, Cuban toast, Bloody Mary and coffee.

Took a weekend trip to Pass-a-Grille and this was the BEST food I had all weekend. Seemed to always be crowded, that speaks volumes. Was able to do breakfast on a Saturday and Sunday and both times it was fantastic. Had I not been alone I would have been waiting for a table. As it was, I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted by the female bartender who was wonderful! Both days started with black coffee and Bloody Mary's. The cocktails were average, not spicy enough for my liking but a nice way to start the morning. The menu had the typical offerings but decided on blacken shrimp and cheese grits with Cuban toast. Never heard of Cuban toast. Everyone was fantastic, service excellent and the food second to none. Would I come back? Hell yes! Check it out if down this way!

Atmosphere - Very Good. Located in one of my favorite areas of St Petersburg Beach, the Seahorse has an very nice informal, tiki feel to it. The restaurant has a outside patio area using picnic tables for seating. Service - Excellent. Our server (Vanessa) was very attentive and pleasant. She checked with us often and we never had to ask for refills on our coffee. Food - Very Good. We were there for breakfast. The menu offers a nice variety of options. I ordered scrambled eggs, ham. Home Fries and an English Muffin. Everything was presented hot and tasted great. Overall Value - Very Good. Some may consider $30 for two people ordering breakfast to be a little high. However, given the location and the high quality service and food, I consider it to be a very good value. I will definitely return

We have t been here for a long time and I don't know why. They have a very nice outside patio and the menu is extensive for breakfast. Parking is always a bit challenging, but we managed to find a spot close by. Our server, Vanessa, was extremely attentive and friendly. Our coffee order arrived quickly and then we placed our food order. I opted for the western omelet with rye toast. The food came quickly and was nice and hot and the toast was toasted to perfection. The omelet was full of yummy goodness, probably the best western omelet I have ever had. Coffee refills kept coming, which I enjoy. All in all, a great breakfast from service to food.

I enjoyed sitting outside, right by the beach, at a very sunny picnic table with an umbrella for partial shade. Bring your sunscreen as I did and all is well! It was fun to take in the whole slightly chaotic but totally safe family-friendly scene on a holiday morning! Energizing! Parking is a challenge but hey, I like to walk and explore so I had fun with it. Just be aware, some searching for a public or nearby parking spot may be required. Carpooling or ride sharing is recommended if possible. I'm on a strict no-fried-food, no chemicals, no preservatives, no gluten, no sugar, no dairy diet so choices for breakfast were limited as expected. All good. I enjoyed my properly cooked eggs and the lady who took my order was kind and helpful. I should have ordered the fruit bowl as well but I didn't see it on the menu until now. No problem! Next time! My guests also said their paradise omelets were properly cooked and delicious! Our food also was prepared in a very reasonable amount of time considering the crowd which was impressive! Please do not expect eggs Benedict, table cloths and fancy plates. This is a fun place right on the beach with plastic silverware and styrofoam containers. @Peter and Vandana joined for the meal and we laughed, relaxed, ate, chatted, took in the scene, enjoyed the morning and then... Vandana brought out the huge conch shell. I was first to attempt tooting the massive horn but it just wasn't happening. Peter was a bit better than I. Vandana, on the other hand, warned ships well over the horizon that we were here and ready for fun! Kids jumped and clapped their hands. Adults stared in stunned silence. Everyone was deafened. My Apple Watch warned me of dangerous audio conditions that might cause permanent hearing damage if the sound kept up! It was an awesome and skilled display of awesomeness! This was no simple toot. It was a blast! Thank you Vandana! Memorable to say the least! Plus, I can still hear just fine and dandy. Life is a blast with a fun and very memorable meal on the beach! Thanks Paradise Grille!

The views are beautiful, and the location is right on the beach. There are plenty of spaces in the lobby for working, plenty of meeting rooms (or ball rooms if you're there for a formal event), and areas to just relax or work. The resort provides live music various days of the week as well. I will say that I was surprised about the lack of dining options. There is a lobby bar (which doesn't open until 3pm), and just two restaurant options. Maritana is only open a few days a week and not open until 5:30pm, although the lobby bar does serve a few small plates. The Society Table has a bar within their restaurant (Rowe Bar I believe), and I experienced both as they both have different menus. The lobby bar menu is small but great; the Wagyu Sliders and charcuterie board were both delicious. The wine list is fairly extensive as well. I dined at the society table for lunch on the day that I left and I got the Gumbo with jalapeño cornbread. This was very delicious; I do feel there should've been more than a few pieces of chopped up shrimp. My waitress was wonderful though and very kind as well as the hostess. For the days we were provided food by the resort for the work conference, I was very impressed! All of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were incredibly extensive, fresh, and delicious. The servers were very attentive and helpful. The room service menu although overpriced and included a $5 "delivery charge," is very extensive and tasty. For example, an omelet with toast (small salad included with the omelette), was almost $60 including tip. That being said, it was the best omelette I've ever had. The guest services for room service and the cleaners were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Evan! Do note that this is a cashless resort. There are a few shops on the first floor for souvenirs, basic necessities for traveling, and then an adorable little shop/café with ice cream, coffee, wine, snacks, and drinks. On to the room! I really enjoyed my room. I feel like for one person or even two, it's a pretty spacious room. The bed was very comfortable as well as pillows. They cleaned my room each day, and provided new towels. The bathroom was clean and a decent size for one person. All of the events that the hotel put on for our conference were outstanding. We had a welcome party and a beach party, and I was incredibly impressed. The food was delicious, the staff incredibly attentive and kind, and the music wonderful! The Don CeSar was the perfect place for our conference and I would highly recommend a company conference there. Between the delicious food, impeccable service, beautiful resort, and location right on the beach, I would recommend this spot for an event, quick getaway, or staycation.

The service in this hotel is very good overall. The pools and the beach are superb. We chose this resort as a special anniversary vacation, and this is part of the lower review. We ultimately felt the hotel discount promotion and phone sales was misleading. Ambiguous communication led us to believe we would receive a free night, however we later realized and were told that the discount was already built in to our price, although no sign of discount was found anywhere on our invoice. I'm self employed and I've managed business for 35 years, and I've not seen discounts that don't show on an invoice. Se beware of promotional discount offers as it may not be what you expect, and you'll be left with no way to disprove the phantom discount because it's not on your invoice, apparently is just spoken. Overall service was very good. We had a minor blip in the maritana, which was the wrong dessert brought to us, and presented as "happy anniversary" with a chocolate that said that, but was strangely charged to us. The waitress handled it like a pro. I would advise the chef to either ignore birthdays and anniversaries and that sort of thing, or offer a small free dessert. But definitely don't bring out a "happy anniversary" dessert then charge for it. Also had overcooked hard poached eggs at the society table - no big deal just no runny yolk. If not for the price, who cares? But with such a great menu and fantastic chef, they should get eggs right. No discount offered. But I ate it so... All of our food was great, and really well developed and complete dishes as if it were Michelin rated. Cheers to the chef. Just two very minor fails. Overall it was a nice stay but we won't go back mainly because ultimately they didn't step up over a $600ish discrepancy over a 5 night stay. Look at my reviews. It's very rare I don't write 5 stars. I'm not one of those people that gives a bunch of bad reviews. The highlight of this resort is the beach, the pools, and the menu. Service is good overall. So definitely some good.

A straightforward menu gives a decent variety and the chef delivered on the flavor. We had the egg Benedict the Gudda grits, and the (not so) French toast. Overall, the food was delicious, but I was extremely disappointed with the "French toast" for some reason, the chef opted for not doing an egg/milk bath for their French toast, which to me is a grave mistake, who wants to dry French toast? This liberty could be excused, and tolerable for the sake of creativity and innovation, IF it was openly, shared on the menu, or by the server. However, this came to a COMPLETE surprise to me AFTER ordering and receiving it. I've never had DRY French toast, nor do I ever wish to again despite the tasty toppings and well executed cinnamon butter cream, it was still not an enjoyable experience, especially if you're expecting classic French toast. That said the eggs Benedict was phenomenal. The pork is perfectly cooked. The biscuits are light and fluffy. And the sauce was immaculate. The Gudda grits surprise me while not being creamy in the same way of grit, I've had in the past, these retained their grit structure, but it kind of melted in your mouth, providing that creamy texture and they add chopped bacon and a sweet I would guess type of reduction in just the right amount to balance the flavor of the Gudda. I do wish they had sausage and hash browns. But it's not that kind of place. My last complaint would be in the potatoes that come with the Benedict. Whatever other option, they have picked those get anything, but those ours came undercooked, and they refried them for us, and they still were just below average which for a place like this. I expected more. Overall, not a bad place. The coffee was phenomenal. I had a dirty Matcha, and it was perfectly executed. Prices aren't terrible for what you'd expect from downtown St Pete at a fancy place, so I was happy. Service was good and friendly. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the French toast, the manager came over and offered his apologies and remove the item from my bill, even offered to bring us something else, and to have a beverage to go to make up for it. However, I was at the end of our mail and I was ready to get going with the rest of my day, so I said thank you and we departed. Overall, I will not come back for French toast but that eggs Benedict. I would definitely come back and try something else as well. Give it a shot. Just DONT get the French toast. If you like normal French toast.

Parking is minimum $50 a day + fees. A cocktail? For an hour? Haha no. I'm being mildly disingenuous. The bar staff (and likely restaurant staff) will give you a QR code to validate all $58 of your parking. But it made me acutely miss a time when you could just park and patronize an establishment. Just don't forget to validate your parking, cuz they sure didn't ask preemptively. They were celebrating a 3-day grand reopening when we went on Saturday. There was *one* artisan in their market space. The music was pumping loud enough to not be able to converse. Although it drew a crowd of younger folks, there was not much to behold from the "grand" reopening. Not even s cost of paint. The beach bar may not have been part of the sprucing up idk, I didn't see anything worth celebrating. I meant to look at the size of the cocktail cup that we got (small), but $13-14 for a cocktail is highway robbery for the end result. And $18 for 6 wings ($3 a wing) was a little disappointing. I expected better of a Hilton adjoined restaurant. No one part was terrible. It was just the way they matched up - loud, expensive, small portions. If you're loud maybe you're cheap and tasty. If you're expensive, maybe you're fast and delicious. This was all the worst parts of a bar that doesn't care about its patrons' economics. A bar that wants to serve tourists with mediocrity and move on to the next crop of people who will never be there again. If you're a tourist it'll probably be fine, if overpriced. If you're a local, don't bother. To be fair, we should ask if there was anything good. hm ... no. We won't be returning. 3 stars is probably generous.

WARNING-VERY HONEST REVIEW…read more We eat out a lot and mostly leave positive reviews but we can't in good faith give Breeze a good review. First, we arrived at 12 noon, put in our name with Sofia who gave us a 20-30 minute wait time. When we returned 25 mins later, the party in front of us was complaining about waiting an hour yet she told them we were before them and she didn't have their name. She proceeded to seat them discretely before us. After 50+ minutes we said something. She told us to leave a bad review and to leave the restaurant. We had waited so long and lost opportunities to put in our name at other restaurants so we decided to wait. After an hour, we said something. We had watched another table waiting the last 20 minutes for their bill so they could pay and leave. Finally the manger came out and said no worries, we would have a table and he got us seated quickly. He assigned Nate as our waiter. We were optimistic that we were on our way to a great brunch as one person in our party had come to the restaurant and had a good experience before and so we were hopeful. We immediately placed our order since we had time to review the menu, we asked for waters and drinks. Water never came until we asked again. Silverware never came until we asked for silverware. . When the food did come it was meh. Crepe was dry, wrap was cold, best part of the meal was the Bloody Marys. The table next to us overheard our conversation and said they were also having an awful experience with the staff and would not return. Nate then told us we were difficult for no reason. When we had asked for the bill he told us he didn't divide it in 2 bills because he did it on purpose. He also said "my name is Nate, go ahead and write a bad review about me". We never intended to write any reviews. It was just an awful experience. We will never return and it would have taken such a small effort to make amends once we were seated, but instead the staff was rude and instigated patrons who were giving the restaurant business. Our community is small, we support only local businesses, but not this one.

SOLID 5 STARS! My…read moreniece, Laura, and her partner, Rich, are visiting from Chicago. She wanted a restaurant with outdoor seating, a view of the water, an excellent wine list, fine dining selections, AND open on a Monday night. I cried for Help from Yelp. 82 Degrees nailed all 5 criteria. At 6:15pm We were able to make an on-line reservation for three people for 6:30pm. Be careful to only park in spots designated for the restaurant or you will be towed. You can't miss the parking signs because they are plastered on every parking spot. We arrived and were immediately shown to a choice rooftop table just in time to enjoy a fine view of the sunset on the Gulf. After the sun set the bartender asked the diners at the dozen or so tables if they wanted the huge glass windows closed, and since it was starting to get chilly everyone agreed. My niece is very knowledgeable about wine, so she took charge of the wine list. After discussing the (Admittedly small, but well selected) list with the sommelier Laura chose the Iron + Sand Cabernet Sauvignon, a well-regarded, bold red wine from Paso Robles, California (4.8 Stars rating, I looked it up). She must have liked it, because she drank two glasses. Later on, she ordered a Pinot Grigio to go with her entree but I've forgotten the name. She also chose specialty drinks for Rich and I that were tasty and had a nice kick to them, but I don't remember their names either. I would have taken a picture of the drinks menu but my niece wouldn't let go of the list! (Which also meant we couldn't see the prices either, but like the saying goes: If you have to ask, you can't afford it!) It took us a while to study the menu. Just like the wine list, the menu has limited selections but offers excellent choices. It was hard to make a decision! We started off sharing Crab Cakes ($18) and Lobster Bruschetta ($21) appetizers, and we also shared an order of the Lobster Bisque ($15). All three of us agreed that the appetizers were yummy, but the Lobster Bisque was worth the trip all by itself! For my entree I ordered the Wild Caught Snapper with mango pineapple salsa and broccolini ($36) and Truffle Fries ($9). Rich went with the Grouper BLT ($26) and Laura chose the Parmesan Cream Pasta ($26) (Which was why she needed a white wine to go with her entree). Portions did not appear to be large, yet none of us were able to finish our entrees, leaving plenty for Rich and Laura to take home in biodegradable containers for a midnight snack. I'm sorry I wasn't quick enough to get pictures of the entrees. Rich and Laura are not used to snapping pics before digging in, but I can tell you they were all well presented. Even though we were all full, we couldn't resist sharing a slice of: SALTED CARAMEL BUTTERFINGER CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE!!! ($12). Just the name tells you everything you need to know. While Rich and I were dueling with our forks, Laura swooped in and ate most of the dessert, which is totally unfair but is a legitimate female perk so there was nothing we could do. Next time we'll order more than one slice! Our perky waitress was extremely busy serving everyone but managed to keep the entire restaurant happy with her service. I don't think I saw her standing still for more than a couple seconds. Didn't get her name, either, but I'm sure the excellent tip told her we were pleased.

We scrambled to find another establishment for dinner and fortunately for us, Beau & Mo's Italian Restaurant came through! We will think twice about visiting 82 Degrees in the future. We have dined here before with no issues.
