The guys were very efficient. My unit had a slow leak that required freon. AaronAir was very understanding of my financial situation and gave me options, ie add freon yearly or replace the unit all together. They were able to service my unit until I had saved enough money to replace the unit. Regretfully, the owners of AaronAir moved and the business is no longer available. I hated to see them go, they were fantastic!

Thy came back and eventually got the unit installed (but now my door bell doesnt work) FAST FORWARD TO SEPTEMBER OF 2017, my bedroom ceiling starts leaking, and ultimately a huge gaping hole developed causing major damage to my roof b/c the in attic unit was improperly installed and had the drainage pipes at an incline (even I know water doesnt flow upwards) I called in for a repair and the phone attendant, argued that it was my fault and I should have noticed that something was wrong with the unit before it flooded my attic---but ultimately the owner came and apologized and re-installed the unit and also added a drain pain (that should have been installed intially), now here we are ONLY 8 months later and my unit is OUT OF FREON ...called their service number again and was told that it is my issue and I would need to pay again.....NOW ANY HOMEOWNER KNOWS YOUR UNIT DOESNT NEED TO BE CHARGED WITH FREON EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS....my downstairs unit has only had freon added 2 time in the 7 years i've owned my home...this has been a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with these guys.
