My son happened to break a pipe off from under our sink this morning. I called Thomas plumbing they said a guy would be out between 12-2. I hung up and received a phone call that TAnner Jackson was on his way. He said he was about 10 minutes out. He showed up and was very professional. He talked me through what it would cost, what he needed to do, and what I needed to do to prevent this from happening again. Tanner was very nice and worked quickly to get my water back up and running. He also fixed my shower head that I've been having problems with for months. Simple fix but he made it happen. I mentioned I would like a quote to get my entire house replummed and he had the appointment set up before even writing the bill up. Thomas Plumbing was very affordable too! Tim was absolutely incredible!!! We started having issues on Friday night; Our tub and toilet were backing up; We had a birthday party planned for my mom at 4pm on Saturday and it gets better.. We only have one bathroom! So, it was imperative that we found a 24hr plumbing business! We called multiple places on Saturday morning but no plumbing company could give us an estimate of time. Thomas came to my house to do a huge plumbing job today. I had no idea just how involved or big the job would be! I needed to connect to city sewer and disconnect from my septic tank. As the day went on Thomas and his staff were digging trenches in my yard that were 5 feet deep. They took great care with my sprinkler system and repaired the lines that were inadvertently severed in the process. Once all the work was completed they returned my lawn to the same condition it was in when they began. Thomas even came back later with a blower and blew the dirt off of the street and my driveway that had accumulated in the process. They arrived right on time, one day after our call because of a leaking hot water tank. They brought us a new tank and installed it in less that two hours. They really seemed to know what they were doing. I have now used their services three times in the past four years, and each time they have arrived promptly and completed the job the first time. For us they have installed new toilets, fixed a hot water tank, and then installed a new tank, too. I definitely think they are a dependable plumbing company. Late Sunday afternoon, we noticed water on the floor around our water heater. It was streaming down the sides of the tank. We had a leak! We found Thomas Plumbing through an internet search and saw that they offered 24-hour service. We called around 4:20 in the afternoon and their technician, Tanner Jackson responded within 3 minutes. Had a leak somewhere in the walls of our house. Carpet was soaked. Called Thomas and they came fast. Our plumber, Tanner Jackson, was an experienced detective and he was able to locate the leak in the wall behind a toilet. Gave these guys a call & was given an afternoon timeframe of a tech coming out(along with an apology) & within 10 minutes got a call from them telling me a tech would be out about 10:00-10:30!
