I recently visited this buffet with a large party and came away with a mixed impression. Unless your primary goal is to consume a significant volume of food or specifically target the snow crab selection, the value proposition here is difficult to justify given the price point. While the food selection was adequate, the dining environment significantly detracted from the experience. Our group was seated in an extremely cramped area, positioned far too close to an already occupied table. For a buffet setting--where guests are frequently moving to and from the service stations--the lack of floor space made navigating the dining room frustrating. Furthermore, the layout is not conducive to families with small children, as there was virtually no room to accommodate a stroller. On a positive note, the service was a highlight. Our server, Kat, was exceptional; she was professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that our party had everything we needed throughout the meal. There was little to no salt, and the flavors just didn't stand out. The beef ribs weren't rendered properly, and when I say they were tough, I mean Fred Flintstone tough! The frog legs were cooked nicely, but they were bland and really needed some seasoning. Without that, it was just fried frog. The soup was subpar. It tasted like canned Progresso soup. That's not necessarily bad, but it's not what I expect when dining out. Overall, I'm sorry, guys and gals, but I have to give it a 3 out of 5. I've had much better food just down the road from here. The food is pretty good. The price seems kind of steep for what you get, though. It's $65 pp, and it was advertised as $50...so that was a shock. However, my daughter ate about 8lbs of crab legs, so we got value out of it! They also have steak, and it was all excellently cooked and seasoned! One thing I really appreciated was that everything on the buffet was fresh and constantly being replenished, so nothing sat out for long. The crab legs were definitely the star of the show! In Myrtle for the week for my daughter's softball tournament. Para was our waiter and he was very attentive, helpful, and friendly with our children. Food exceeded expectations after a long day at the softball field. Crabs were fresh, oysters Rockefeller were one of my favorite items and the WINGS were surprisingly so good. I was there in April 2026 for spring Break. The food was terrible and the waitress had the worst attitude. I paid my bill and it was like $120 . I paid by card and gave the sorry waitress a cash tip even tho she was slow as a snail. I check my credit card several weeks later and discovered they added $50 to my bill. A charge of $172 was charged The manager will not call me back or reply to email. I plan on doing a Police Report for Credit card fraud. Don't use your card there. I walked the buffet it had about 4-5 different types of fish, it had clams, oysters, snow crabs, pasta, all types of soul food, from fresh sirloin steak to snow crab to frog legs, seafood boil, salmon, chicken, mac and cheese, salads and desserts. It did not have a large variety of food and the flavor was not great. The crab legs were small and hard to shell. Our waiter was Ben, he was nice but not very attentive. Stacks of dirty plates were piled high and not removed very often and the drinks were not filled. For what we received, I feel it was overpriced and a complete waste of money! The buffet price is 51.99 per person and for the average person, I don't think my wife or I could eat enough food to make that worth it. We ordered off the menu. They don't offer shrimp by the pound which was extremely disappointing. My wife had the flounder and I had the combination flounder with large shrimp. The flounder was ok but the shrimp tasted old so I didn't finish my plates and afterwards I got sick when we left. Honestly the only thing good was the baked potato. This is an all you can eat seafood buffet that offers things besides seafood. Most of the food I got was very delicious. And their hush puppies are addictive. I got to try foods I hadn't tried in years such as frog legs or crawfish . The oysters were very nice. The vegetables weren't my favorite. They were pretty bland but I have no complaints about anything else I tried. I refilled in brownies too many times. The hot wings were delicious as was the fried okra. I can't even recall what all I had because they had such a wide variety of offerings. Also the salmon was nice and moist. The food tasted very southern home cooked. Well maybe a step just below that LOL but still delicious. This place will get you to right where you need to be. We walked to the restaurant because it was within walking distance with our hotel on Broadwalk. It is not bad but not on par with the typical calabash or seafood buffet restaurants on myrtle beach while the prices are about the same for adults and kids. The crab legs and oysters were the main dishes we indulged in as you can see in the photos we took. Baked oysters were not too tasty, bland to an extend if I may. Fried oysters were awesome. Crab legs were smaller in comparison to other restaurants and a little salty. We only tried one piece of steak because they looked dry, and they were. ;) Not a good variety of desserts and the ice cream machine was broken. To be honest, I most likely won't recommend this place to a family or friend for the price they charge. There are better restaurants in the area a lil further away from the Broadwalk. read more

First time in SC and we thought to visit a seafood place, lots of options and most of them are buffets. This was is a good one despite reviews on here. Let's get into it, the service was great, our server's name is Annie, the food was good quality and has a good selection. Got options from fried foods to seafood to meats. The ice cream machine was broken when we came in but they had a good selection of baked goods for dessert. They have employees come to your table to ask if you'd like photos taken of you while you are eating for purchase, once they take the photo it will take about 15-20 minutes for the photos to be ready but it's a great way to remember the moment. I will say that it was a little confusing as the employee just came up with a camera and asked if we'd like to take a photo, no specifications as to what the photos would be used for.
