Seafood corner is one of the only places my family buys crawfish from! They always have great prices. The owner is really friendly and customer service is great. I usually am in and out in less than 5 minutes. I love the taste of the crawfish. They're seasoned well without being too salty. Felt like I was walking into a GTA restaurant with Eastern european guy behind the counter. In a not so good part of town. FREAKING LOVED IT!! It's straight to the point. Order pick up and eat. The staff knew food and how much you should get. ALOT! The only reason I gave it four stars is because the potatoes and corn were cold. They just sit there while you wait for the crawfish to come out hot! If they would just keep them warm or put spices on them. They're just cooked by themselves and you can tell. Best crawfish in the Gonzales area! And no I haven't had anyone else because I'm not going anywhere else lol. The crawfish is seasoned really good and isn't very spicy. The sauce they have to go with it is so darn good! Like I could drink it honestly. I haven't tried the fried food so I can't review that but I hope to try it in the near future. My first time being back since they've remodeled the place. First impression upon walking in was the cleanliness! Major kudos for that. I ordered 5 lbs of crawfish and 1 lb of shrimp. The crawfish came with corn and what seemed like a bag of potatoes. I couldn't wait to try the crawfish and I was most certainly not disappointed They were small/medium mixed but the flavor was awesome! The crawfish is very good. The potato's and corn do not have flavor. It took more than 10 minutes to get my order of 6 piece wings. Although the wings were good I am not waiting that long for 6 wings. The customer service is bad. I walked in and the lady taking orders had " Apparently I have an attitude problem" written on her shirt so that's bad vibes off the jump. Very good boiled crawfish, they have combos you can order which includes a drink , corn, and pototaes. If you are in Gonzales stop by and try them. They also sell live crawfish too the prices are not bad at all. The place is pretty small, most people get there crawfish to go. read more

Ok so this place is kinda sketch from the outside and yes the inside too. They literally have 6 video cameras for one small room...tells you that something very wrong went on there. Buttttt the food is good. You will have to wait like 30 mins for them to prepare it unless you are getting boiled seafood. If you want crawfish go early, they ran out at around 7:15pm on a Friday night. Get the crawfish pie, it's amazing. read more

I usually don't come this far out to get crawfish but it just so happens that we were dropping our friend off and we saw the huge sign that said, "Seafood Corner." We were craving crawfish so we assumed they would have some. Well we got there just in time because they were almost out. Besides boiled crawfish they also sell Poboy's, fried seafood, french fries, onion rings and a couple of other things like that. The place isn't very big but they have a couple of TVs in there that you can watch while your eating your crawfish. It's a "self serve" kind of place I guess so there isn't a waitress that comes to the table. You walk up to the counter order, get your drink, your crawfish, sit, eat, and leave. My kind of place, fast, friendly service. The crawfish were decent sized and they were seasoned really well, not too spicy and not too bland. They were spiced enough to make your nose run. I didn't get any potatoes or corn but I'm sure they would've been good too. If I was out in that area again and craving crawfish I wouldn't hesitate to stop. read more

This is my first review on here, but I though it deserved one. I had seen this place for years but had never eaten here. It was about 8 PM on a Saturday. I was by myself and in the mood for seafood but didn't really feel like going into a restaurant. I happened to be in Gonzales and something made me remember this place. When I walked in there were a few people inside eating crawfish watching a basketball game on the flat screen above the bar. As I was trying to decide what to get another guy walked in and I told him to go ahead that I needed a minute to figure out what I wanted. While he was waiting on his food I asked him how the crawfish are and he said they're good and spicy which is what I was looking for. Ended up getting a number two which was 5 pounds of crawfish two ears of corn and six potatoes for $19.99. I also got a pound of shrimp and they were some nice big ones cooked perfectly. Total bill was $31.41 for everything I got. The crawfish was a fresh batch they were just taking out that were piping hot. I was in the parking lot texting on my phone for a few minutes after I left and cars kept coming and going. It appears to mostly be a takeout place. All in all I would highly recommend it. It was fast, reasonably priced for this early in the season, and most importantly the food was delicious. Also the guy who waited on me at the counter was prompt and he packaged the shrimp and crawfish separately in paper bags inside of double plastic bags and put both in a box for me to take with me. If you accept that it's mostly a takeout place for boiled seafood and not really a restaurant, I would highly recommend it. read more
